Niall could never imagine how just his curiosity had led him to one of the best things in his life, or more specifically, to the most amazing person in his life.

Niall fixed his eyes lovingly on the brown haired boy on his couch, watching him devour his carrot cake from the kitchen island with a fond smile.

He sat down beside Louis, who didn't waste time in snuggling into Niall, burying his nose in the crook of Niall's neck, practically purring.

Niall smiled fondly, cuddling the older boy even closer as his thoughts drifted to the day he had first seen Louis at the famous coffee shop, the first time he had finally gotten the courage to talk to him and the first time he had ever felt something close to love.
