At this point, Meredith was more than a little scared, and figured if she kept walking, this thing would keep following her. Meredith pulled out her phone to use it for light, and slowly turned around and walked towards this unknown person. Meredith walked about 75 yards, and didn't see anything, until through the pale glow of her phone, she saw a figure standing in the midst of the fog. Meredith thought she must be going crazy, and turned around to continue her midnight stroll. Until, she heard the sharp snap of a twig behind her.
