The sword dripped with blood. Cyborg, Beast Boy and Starfire stared in shock. Lightstorm's face showed suprise as well.
"This is certainly interesting. I knew you had compasion, but this is crazy."
They were all staring at Raven's body and the sword stabbed through it.
"Well, this sucks." Raven murmurs.
"How did you break free of my eyes of ultimate terror?" Lightstorm asked.
"Demons are the masters of fear. I concentrated hard enough to break free," she tugged at the sword in her stomach, "Did you coat this thing in evil or somethin'." She grunted in pain, trying to pull the blade out.
"Oh, I'm sorry, let me help you with that." Lightstorm walked over to Raven and started to help. Thus proceeded about 5 awkward minutes of the two of them grunting, trying to get the sword out. The remaining Titans just stood there and watched. After what seemed like forever, they finally got it to come out. Lightstorm and Raven stood there panting, until they realized what was going on. Lightstorm looked at the sword, and then back up at Raven.
"Oh shi-!" She yelled as Lightstorm slashed at her neck. Raven floated backwards, only to gasp in pain as her wound moved. This promted the other Titans to start doing something useful and attack. Cyborg and Beast Boy launched to engage the enemy, while Star rushed to help the fallen Raven.
"Friend Raven, are you going to die?" She asked.
"Naw, demons are very durable, I just need to rest for a bit." Raven closed her eyes and leaned her head back. Star checked her breathing and felt that she was just sleeping. With that, Starfire stood and joined the fight.
Slashing, stabbing, shooting lasers, dodging them, and attacking again. That was all there was. Lightstorm would swipe with the sword, and Star would dodge and shoot lasers. Sven though it was 3 on 1, they were almost evenly matched. The three would charge at her and she would dodge.
At one point, it seemed as if the Titans were gaining ground, but it wasn't that. When they all charged again, instead of dodging and coming back to counterattack, she dodged and flew strait at Raven. Raven, had regained consciousness, was trying to get up when Lightstorm attacked.
Raven's eyes widened as the blade slid across her throat. She tried to make a sound, but nothing came. A choking feeling came over her. Raven reached her hand up to the person that she once considered a friend. The girl she trusted, the girl she had been friends with, the one who had just killed her.

The Titans were silent. They had known it could happen, but just couldn't accept it. Then, in a flurry of motion, they charged. Before, they were weaker, now - fulled by rage, were much, much stronger.
The attacks were faster, stonger, more practical. Eventually, Cyborg was able to grab her hands, Beast was able to disarm her, and Star shot her lasers at Lightstorm's chest. The lasers hit her hard, shock traveling around her body. The last thing Lightstorm saw was Starfire's tear-stained and rage-filled face before she blacked out.

"We need to stop this now! She is our friend!" Robin yelled at them. They had dug him out of the rubble after their battle.
"You don't understand. She killed Raven in cold blood! She is not our friend!" Cyborg shouted at him.
"She isn't dead yet. We need to remember that." Robin yelled back. He bolted out of his seat. The four of them sat around a table in a private waiting room. They were currently in the medical wing of the prison. Waiting for the doctors to tell them if Raven was alive or dead.
"She is our friend! It is our duty to save her!" Robin shouted.
"You weren't there. You have no idea about what it was like watching that! We are not going to save somebody like that!" Cyborg shouted back. They continued arguing, while Star and Beast just stayed silent.
Robin and Cyborg were almost at the point of using their fists, when Beast Boy bolted upright, "Would they two of you just shut up!" He screamed at them, "Raven might be dead right now and you are arguing! We have no way of knowing what was the cause of all this right now, so just sit down and be quiet!" The two were silent. They slowly made their way back to their seats and sat in silence.
Robin looked over at Starfire. She had been silent for a few days now. Ever since that fight, she hadn't been herself. Robin was worried. He wondered what she was thinking about now.
What Star was thinking about, was Lightstorm. She had seen her. Surrounded by guards, cuffed, chains on her ankles, and a thick metal sheet covering both her eyes. Star thought about when they had dragged her here. How the guards looked so shocked. Apperently, Lightstorm had done a lot of things in the past and had a huge bounty on her head. Star put her head in her hands, and started to cry. How could (Y/N) have lied to them like that. How could she possiblely ever be good again? She could never have her friend back.
Star lifted her head to see her teamates looking at her with worried expressions. She mumbled something about having to use the bathroom and floated out of the room.
She stayed out there for a bit, floating around, tying to clear her head. When she returned, a doctor was standing in the room, a sad look on his face.
"Star, you might want to sit. This man has something to tell us. It's about Raven. It's not good."
