Chapter One
The wind blew through the city of Dallas, on a Sunday afternoon. It was the middle of July. Sara had just come home from work.
Sara Daniels was an average girl. Her family, however, was in the lower class. Ever since Sara was a little girl, her family had to move homes every week. She didn't understand at the time what was happening.
When Sara turned 15 years old, her grandmother got extremely sick. Sara always looked up to her grandmother. That same year, Sara learned she could get a job. She has done small jobs: walking dogs, mowing the grass, and babysitting the neighbor's younger children.
After her 18th birthday, she had started to work at fast food restaurants and shopping malls. She found it difficult to keep up with school, so she started doing online. Sara couldn't even keep track of her sleep let alone school, so her parents let her. They were so desperate for money to pay of tons of loans and debt.
One night, a few months after turning 21, Sara had been told by her parents that she had enough money to go on a trip. Sara had always wanted to go to Nashville, Tennessee. That evening, she packed her bags and got prepared to leave for Nashville.
About 1,329 miles away from Dallas, Texas, there was a business company, the Carlton's personal business. The Carlton family owns more than 20 properties of land. The eldest son, Aaron Carlton, is given this property due to being the eldest son. All rights in the business that the Carlton family is in, the eldest son always gets the properties.
Each part of the family gets about 2 or so building from the age 20 and up. They raise these company buildings into fine businesses.
Aaron Carlton took his 2 buildings and well, basically made business. One of them buildings that Aaron inherited had become a shopping mall. This mall had 250 stores, including fast food and restaurants. They other building was a hotel. The Carlton Plaza, the name of the hotel, had 15 floors. On the main floor, the hotel had the check-in desk, a dining area, a pool, and had four rooms available to rent. On the very top floor, Aaron's master hotel suite is there, but he lives there.
Later the same evening, Aaron got a call from his father. He was supposed to go to a hotel meeting in Nashville. Aaron agreed to do it.
Sara and Aaron, both, got onto the plane to head to Nashville.
When Sara arrived, she made a phone call to her mom. "Mom, I'm here."
"I'm glad you made it safe. Now, I want you to have some fun alright."
"Yeah, I will."
She hung up, and walked to go get a taxi.
Aaron's private jet just came in. He was walking with Taylor, his secretary.
"Sir, you have a meeting in an hour."
"Alright, is my car here?"
"No, but it is on its way."
"Will you go get me something to drink?"
"Yes, sir," Taylor walked to the food court in the airport.
Meanwhile, Sara was walking to go call a taxi. As she was walking, she dropped her bracelet without realizing it. However, Aaron had heard a sound, like something had fallen on the ground. He looked down at his feet. He saw a girly bracelet. He looked to his left and saw Sara. He walked to her.
He tapped her shoulder. "Miss, you dropped this." Sara turned around. Then, Aaron gasped.
The beauty he saw before his eyes. Aaron couldn't stop staring at Sara. She looked at him and then his hand. "Oh, that's my bracelet."
"Here you go," he said, handing her the bracelet. When she had the bracelet, she out it back on.
"Thank you," she said with a beautiful smile.
"You're welcome," Aaron was mesmerized by Sara.
She turned around and walked towards the taxi.
Aaron watched her walk away. Little did know he realize that he will see her again.
