"SAAAAANNSSSS!!!!"
A tall skeleton wearing a large shirt, red boots, and a red scarf ran into your view. 'That must be Papyrus...' you thought. He was silly with the way he ran and spoke. He looked angrily at Sans. Sans winked at him.
"'Sup, bro?"
"YOU KNOW WHAT 'SUP' BROTHER!" Papyrus was extremely loud, and you weren't used to this kind of noise. You tried listening to their conversation while not damaging your ears.
"IT'S BEEN EIGHT DAYS AND YOU STILL HAVEN'T RECALIBRATED. YOUR. PUZZLES!!!!!" The taller skeleton yelled. You found him very silly.
"Come on, Pap. I've gotten a TON of work today." Sans replied. "A SKELE-TON."
You started laughing. If there was one thing you loved, it was terrible jokes.
The two brothers talked for a while about various things, but you kind of spaced out until Papyrus got louder again.
"THEN I, THE GREAT PAPYRUS, WILL BECOME CAPTAIN OF THE ROYAL GUARD! PEOPLE WILL ASK TO BE MY... FRIEND?" You rolled you eyes. He sounded exactly like someone you knew, but you couldn't remeber who. You heard Sans speaking, and zoned back in.
"Wow. It really sounds like you're working yourself..." He paused. 'Oh no' you thought.
"Down to the BONE."
You couldn't hold it any longer. You burst out laughing, and no matter how hard you tried, you couldn't stop. You heard both the skelebros stop talking, and you tried to cover your mouth. You heard footsteps and you stopped completely. You saw a shadow loom over you, and you looked up to see Papyrus looking down at you. He practically screamed in your ear, and you covered your ears to protect them.
"OHMYGOD!!! SANS THERE IS A HUMAN BACK HERE!!!!" Papyrus called to his brother.
"Yeah bro, I noticed." Sans came around the back and helped you up, hoping Papyrus wouldn't screech at you anymore.
"YOU KNEW?!" Papyrus yelled.
"Not exactly, but if I said yes then it would be bad right?" Sans replied, but Papyrus ignored him and turned to you.
"ANYWAY! YOU ARE A HUMAN RIGHT? I MUST TAKE YOU TO THE CAPITAL!!" Papyrus was about to pick you up, when Sans stepped in the way.
"Whoa, Pap, shouldn't the human get some rest? Then you can try and capture them tomorrow or something? Look how tired they are!" He stepped aside and showed you to Papyrus, who seemed to understand. Pap nodded, and stated;
"THE HUMAN SHALL STAY WITH US THEN! AND TOMORROW I WILL DELIVER THEM TO THE CAPITAL!!" He grinned. You smiled back, happy with his decision.
Suddenly, your knees felt wobbly. They gave out beneath your weight, but luckily Sans caught you. He stood you upright.
"Whoa kid, you need to be more careful. I might actually miss next time." He winked at you, and you pushed his face.
"Whatever man, I'm just super tired." You replied. He picked you up bridal style, and was surprisingly strong for his size. You blushed quite a bit, for he picked you up unexpectedly.
"Let's head home then, shall we Pap?"
"OF COURSE, HUMAN AND SANS!" Papyrus shouted, then ran ahead. Sans just went at his own pace.-time skip brought to you by SPAGHETTI BECAUSE I ACTUALLY SPELLED IT RIGHT FOR ONCE-
You woke up to the smell of cooked tomatoes. You sat up a little and noticed you were lying on a couch with a blanket over you. It seemed lazily placed, but you soon decided that you probably rolled in your sleep, shoving the blanket everywhere.
You looked to the right to see Sans staring intently at you.
"...... Uh, hey..?" You said slowly. Sans blinked and backed up a bit, a blue blush growing on his cheekbones.
"O-oh, hey Y/N. I didn't notice that you were awake yet." He chuckled and rubbed the back of his neck. You sat up on the couch, and he stood up to move next to you. You sniffed the air.
"Uh, Sans? What's that smell?" You raised your eyebrow in confusion.
"Oh, Papyrus is just making spaghetti again." He shrugged.
"Again?" You looked at him with a tilted head. Sans nodded.
"He'll probably make you try it. If it doesn't taste good, just wait to eat it and say its good anyway. Thats what I do."
You turned your head towards the smell, and then looked around the house. You realized it was unfamilliar to you.
"Uh, Sans? Where are we?" You asked.
"Oh, right. Welcome to our house." He said. "You're welcome to look around if you want." So you did. You got up and walked to the right. There was a table with a plate on it. On the plate was a rock, covered in sprinkles and glitter. You turned to Sans, but he was next to you.
"Umm, what's this?" You looked puzzled.
"That's my bro's pet rock. He always says it's mine, but I never... 'take care of it', so it might as well be his." You looked at him with an even more confused look.
"You know it's just a rock right?"
"Yeah, but don't spoil it for him." Sans winked, and you giggled.
To the right of the table was the door, which you decided not to open. To the left you assumed was the kitchen, for that's where the tomato smell was strongest. The door was closed so you couldn't see anything.
In the rest of the room was a large TV, but it only had one channel. When you turned it on, it said;
-New program coming soon! ~MTT
You wondered who this 'MTT' fellow was. You turned off the TV and looked on the ground next to it. There was a sock with a series of notes on it.
'SANS PICK UP YOUR SOCK!'
'Ok.'
'DON'T PUT IT BACK DOWN!!! MOVE IT!'
'Ok.'
'YOU MOVED IT LIKE TWO INCHES!!!MOVE IT TO YOUR ROOM!'
'Ok.'
'AND DON'T BRING IT BACK!'
'Ok.'
'IT'S STILL HERE!!!'
'Didn't you just say not to bring it back to my room?'
'FORGET IT!!!'
You laughed. You thought these two were funny, but they were even more silly around eachother.
As you looked around the rest of the room, you saw the couch you woke up on. Past that was another wall, and stairs up to the right. You walked over to them.
"May I...?" You pointed at the stairs.
"Sure, I don't mind." Sans shrugged. You smiled and ran up the stairs. Upstairs was about half the size of the downstairs, and there were two rooms on the left. Oh the right was a railing, and you could see the downstairs from there. Between the two doors on the left was a picture of a bone. You stared at it for a few seconds when you heard a door open downstairs. You looked over the railing and saw Papyrus carrying a plate of spaghetti.
"SANS WHERE IS THE HUMAN?! I MADE SPAGHETTI FOR THEM!!" Papyrus looked around the room, confused. Sans pointed up at me and I waved. Papyrus lightened up.
"AH! HUMAN!! I MADE SPAGHETTI FOR YOU!" He yelled. You nodded and ran down the stairs, stopping in front of him. You had to look up at him, for he was a lot ((or a little, if you're tall)) taller than you. He bent down and placed the spaghetti in your hands.
"PLEASE ENJOY THIS SPAGHETTI!" He stepped back and waited. The spaghetti looked great, but also... not. You wondered what Sans meant earlier as you picked up the fork. You put some spaghetti on it and ate it.
The taste was... indescribable. It wasn't that bad, but you thought you probably couldn't eat a whole plate.
"Mmmm," you said, trying to make it seem like it was the best spaghetti in the world. "This is really, really good! Where did you learn to make this?"
"MY GOOD FRIEND UNDYNE TAUGHT ME!! I'M VERY GLAD YOU LIKE IT!!!" He screamed happily. He ran back into the kitchen to wash all the tomato juice off his hands and clothes. When he was gone, Sans took your fork and took a bite.... wait, what?
"Hey, it's actually not that bad this time. It's usually worse than this." He looked over at you. You looked at him, slightly confused on how he was able to eat it, but you shrugged it off.
"Yeah, but I don't think I can eat all of this." You sighed, and Sans stood up.
"I know a great place nearby with lots of amazing food. Ever heard of Grillby's?" You shook you head and he chuckled. He took your hand and showed you to the door. He opened it and bent over a little, motioning his hand to the door.
"Ladies first." He winked. You blushed a bit and stepped outside into the snow.-
