After the interesting time with Sans, you stayed in his room for the next few days. He would come in to check on you and give you food, and you would just sit there. He would sleep on the couch downstairs, and night was the only time you came out. On the second night, you crept downstairs past the sleeping Papyrus's room, and saw Sans awake on the couch. He relaxed when he saw you.
"You feeling better, kid?" He smiled at you, and you dragged your blanket onto the couch next to him. You shook your head as you curled up under the blanket. Sans sighed.
"Kid, if it was bad for me to bring that up, then I'm sorry. I just want to know what happened." You scooted closer to him and he wrapped his arm around you. Your hair was covering most of your face, and you finally spoke.
"I heard voices... In my head." You said. "They sounded like people I knew, but I didn't know where from."
Sans looked down at you, his eyes half closed. He sighed.
"Do you think it's homesickness?" You shook your head, and he shrugged.
"Kid, I can't really help you, but I want you to tell me when something is wrong. Maybe I can help." He leaned down and 'kissed' your head. You smiled and blushed.
"I don't know if you can help that way, but here's something that will help." You looked up at him, and he looked at you, confused.
"Do you love me?" You asked. He chuckled.
"There goes my big secret." He said smiling. You laughed and he cuddled you, and you felt yourself drifting into sleep.

"Kid. Wake up." You were awoken by Sans's voice. You sat up and rubbed your eyes. You looked around to see Sans sitting next to you and Papyrus standing across from you.
"What is it? What's going on?" You said groggily. Sans winked.
"We have a surprise for you."
Surprises in the Underground were usually good things- pie and housing, jokes and someone to love. You eagerly looked around for the surprise.
"Where is it? Can I see it?" You asked the skelebros. Sans chuckled and Papyrus just grinned. You looked confused.
"YOU CAN COME OUT!" Papyrus said. The kitchen door opened, and your eyes widened.
Out of the kitchen came Toriel, followed by a small child.
"Tori!" You cried, and fell into her arms. Tears brimmed your eyes as you were welcomed by a warm hug from your goat mother.
"Hello, Y/N! It feels like forever since I last saw you!" She smiled, and you looked up at her.
"It's only been like, a week." You replied and everyone laughed.  The child came up to you and smiled. You looked at them, surprised. Suddenly, recognition spread across your face.
"Wait-- you're human aren't you?" They nodded, and you hugged them and spun them around.
"Their name is Frisk! They're very kind." Toriel said. You stopped spinning and looked at Frisk, who stuck their tongue out. They did a V for victory sign and you giggled.
"You're so cute!" You put them down so as not to annoy them. They ran to Sans and he patted their head, and then they ran to Papyrus, who picked them up. You laughed.
"I see you've been meeting new friends, my child." Toriel said. She was looking at your clothes, and you looked down to see that you were wearing Sans's hoodie. You blushed a little.
"Yeah! These guys are really cool, and so is everyone in Snowdin! I miss some of my friends in the ruins though..." You rubbed the back of your head, and Toriel smiled.
"And you've definitely become more talkative since last I saw you as well." Toriel giggled. Sans came up to you and put his arm around your waist. Toriel raised an eyebrow.
"And you two look like you're getting along just fine. I was a little worried, but now I see that worry was for nothing." You and Sans smiled at her, and she laughed a little.
"I didn't think she would actually like me back" said Sans. "Tibia honest."
You all burst out laughing, and Papyrus faced you with Frisk laughing in his arms.
"WHAT ARE YOU ALL LAUGHING AT?" He questioned.
"I would tell you, but it would be too HUMERUS." You replied. The three of you laughed even harder, and Papyrus groaned.
"WAIT, IF THERE ARE TWO HUMANS NOW, WHAT AM I GOING TO CALL THEM?!" Papyrus quickly changed the subject.
"Well I'm Y/N, and that's Frisk, so you can just call us those names." You replied.
"HOW ABOUT HUMAN AND FRISK? THAT SEEMS MUCH EASIER!" He said happily. You looked at Sans.
"Is my name really that hard to say?" You asked.
"Nah, he just knew you as 'Human' first, so he'll stick with that for a while." Sans smiled.
"Oh! My child, I brought butterscotch-cinnamon pie for you!" Toriel handed you a fresh pie, and Frisk ran over to you. Sans sat you down in his lap as you stared at it happily.
"Toriel, thank you so much! I don't think I can thank you enough..." Toriel chuckled.
"I'm sure you can, my child." Frisk started tugging at Toriel's dress, and she looked down. She remembered something and looked back up at you again.
"I almost forgot! Frisk said that they would like to stay with you for the time being! They want to get home, so they wanted to journey along with you." Frisk smiled as Toriel said this.
"No prob, Tori." Sans said. Frisk ran over and sat down next to you on the couch. Toriel smiled at this.
"I have to go, my child. I will see you again soon." You hugged her a goodbye, and Frisk smiled and waved. Papyrus just gave his classic "NYEH HEH HEH", and Sans held up a peace sign. We saw her off, and Frisk went to hang out with Papyrus. Sans said he had to do something and went to his room, leaving you alone in the room.
