CHAPTER 22:WHATS WRONG WITH BEING CONFINDENT ?

How dare he ? How bloody dare ? I sobbed into my pillow. It was at night. That bloody Millicent had used magic to disguise herself to look all beautiful and hot. Stupid girl. How could Draco do this to me ? What did I ever do to him ? Was he angry because I refused to skip class with him ? Oh god, what's his problem. I continued to sob into my pillow for another five minutes. Tess,Jena, Samantha and Isla were all trying to calm me down. Their such good friends.
"Just forget that jerk !" Sam suggested.
"Yeah. It's time to move on" Tess said.
"I'm going to kick Draco in the arse the next time I see him. ' said Isla

"Thanks guys." I said hugging all four of them.
"Best friends for ever"the five of us said together. I was okay now. I wiped my cheeks, and blew my nose into a tissue. Just then, there was a knock on the door.
"Pansy, I need to talk to you !!" . I recognized that voice immediately.
"Get lost Malfoy ! She doesn't want to see you !" Isla and Samantha screamed together.
I got so angry, I stomped over to the door and opened. He stood there, holding a box of chocolate, a teddy bear, and a bouquet of roses. I slapped him across the face. He looked at me with a confused expression before I gave him another slap. Both of cheeks were red now. Samantha, Isla, Tess and Jena smirked and gave me a thumbs up. I glared at him one more time before shutting the door.
I will never forgive him.

After Pansy walked away right after I asked her to skip class with me, I turned to the opposite direction. Hmmmm... What do I do now ? play some pranks on a teacher ?
Blow up the girls' toilet in the second floor ?
I decided to just head to the Room of Requirement. Gideon and told me about it yesterday. I've been dying to check it out ever since. I was on the fifth floor, when someone approached me. She was a very beautiful girl. I've never seen her before.
"Wow- I mean- who are you, exactly ?"
"Your worst nightmare" she replied before crashing her lips onto mine. The kiss was hard and forced. I tried pushing her away, but she wouldn't move. She shoved me into a broom cupboard and continued kissing me.
"Stop !" I managed to say between the kisses. "I'll never let you go" she grinned before kissing me again. Man, this woman is nuts.
The door of the broom cupboard open and saw that Pansy stood there, sobbing.
"Pansy, it's not what it looks like"
"Shut up ! I'm never going to speak to you again !" She replied. She turned to look at the girl and she had a horrified expression on her face.
"MILLICENT !!? " she cried. She shut the broom cupboard door and stormed off.
"You're Millicent freaking Bulstrode ?"
I shouted at her. She nodded slowly a and all of a sudden, her body started to shake and she turned to mist. Her body slowly turned back into the old, Ugly, dumb Millicent Bulstrode.
"Draco, you were always meant to be with me. I've loved you with all my life."
"You get the hell away from me ! Don't you ever try this again, or I swear I'll use the Cruciatus curse on you !"
I shouted and stomped away. I could hear her loud sobs from far. I needed to find Pansy. God, I've messed up.
I looked everywhere. The last place I checked was her dorm, but she wasn't there. WHERE THE HELL IS SHE !!!?

I decided to check her dorm one last time. It was ten at night. As I approached her dorm, I could hear Pansy sobbing. God, i felt really bad. I'm such an idiot.
"Just forget about that jerk !"
"Yeah. It's time for you to move on"
"I'm going to kick Malfoy in the arse, the next time I see him"
These words broke my heart in half.
I knocked on the door and waited for if to open. Finally it did, and boy was I glad to see Pansy standing there. Her eyes were red and puffy from crying.
"Pansy, I need to talk to you !!" I said desperately. She glared before- slapping me across the face, really hard. I stared at her in confusion and she slapped me- again !
She glared at me one more time, then she shut the door. I tried so hard not to break down, crying.
I dropped the flowers, chocolate and the teddy bear I got and left it at her door. I walked away slowly, regretting what had just happened in that broom cupboard.

It was all my fault.

I noticed that Draco was stressed and upset, nowadays. He doesn't play pranks anymore, his eyes are always red and puffy, he refuses to hang out with Goyle and Crabbe, he doesn't eat, he stares longingly at this particular girl all the time, and I can hear him mutter "All my fault" all the time.
"Draco, you've got to eat something... You have Quiddictch practice in an hour." Goyle said
"I'm not going" he replied grumpily.
"Cmon. You have a match in a week, with Gryffindor" Crabbe said.
I just watched as he shook his head and walked away. Crabbe and Goyle sighed and followed him.
That's when I noticed that the girl Draco always stared at, was looking at him as he left.
"He looks...disturbed." She said.
"Pansy...you've got to forget about him. He hurt you"
"I know, but he doesn't look alright"
"Did you forget about what he did to you that day ?"
"I know, I know" she sighed. My brother had hurt her ? I decided to go over and talk to her.
"Hullo, I'm Draco's younger brother...and I reckon you're Pansy ?"
"Yes. Have a seat" she said motioning me to sit opposite her.
"So what did happen between the both of you ?" I asked and she explained the whole thing. I was horrified about the part in the broom cupboard.
"He did that to you ?"
"Yes"
" I'm sorry. I didn't know my brother would act like that...but I think he really regrets it, so if you would give him another chan-"
"I can only give him one shot and he blew it. Sorry, Gideon" she said walking away as well. Her friends followed her, looking sympathetic.
