CHAPTER THIRTY-ONE:

"Well, what happened?" I asked clearly annoyed. How could she possibly hang out with that bastard! With...with that toe rag!
And...aren't we too young!!?
"Oh, nothing" she said shyly and hopped onto her bed.
"Oh come on. You're blushing like mad, something must've happened."
"Well, I don't know how he did it but...and I know you'd think its so stupid...I'm too young and all...we could get lost..." She trailed off and I threw my magazine at her.
"I can't understand a word you said!" I said very annoyed now.

"That hurt" she said chuckling.
"Tell me what happened"
"Fine. But, don't judge me."
"Shut up and tell me what happened"
"Well, he, Gideon...asked me..."
"Asked you what!?!"
"Asked me, to go with him to Hogsmeade in three days" she said.
"Everyone knows first and second years aren't allowed in Hogsmeade" I scoffed. Gideon totally fooled her.
"No, only on the seventh of August, their letting us go! How awesome is that!"
"Can you go alone. Like, no companion or-"
"You have to find a companion." She simply said.

"But- I don't have anyone!" I said. "Gideon already took you"
"Ask Tommy"
"Eww, no way" I admitted. "I only like it when all three of us are together"
"Aw come on. Tommy's not that bad. Yes, he's annoying, all the time, but- he is fun to be around with" she said day dreaming.
"Snap out of it, girl" I snapped my fingers in front of her face and it seemed to to the trick.
"Okay then. If you don't want Tommy, you'll have to find someone else" she said plopping down beside me.
"I'd rather not go" I pouted.
"No, you can't not go!" She thought ablut what she just said. "Yeah, that's right"

"Sorry. Unless you want to cancel your plans with Lover Boy.."
"Who's Lover Boy?"
"Oh. It's my nickname for Gideon" I smirked and she blushed.

"I can't cancel with Gideon"
"And why not?"
"Because, I've been looking forward to spending time with Gideon. Alone" she said and I almost fell off my bed.

"You finally admitted your love for him!!"
"No. We're just friends.." She blushed even more now and I swear she was about to explode. Let's see if she will.

"Heather and Gideon sitting on a tree, K-I-S-S-I-N-G !!!"
"No, stop it!" She squealed and buried her face in the sheets.
"No need to be shy, I figured it out ages ago. But...be careful. I wouldn't trust the Malfoys if were you.."

"Yeah yeah." She said and our dormitory door swung open, I expected Tasha and Kelly, our dorm mates, but Tommy stepped in.
"Sup?"
"Well, Heather finally-"
"No. I didn't do anything" she glared and me and smiled sweetly at Tommy.
"What happened?" He asked curiosity dancing in his eyes.

"Nothing happened." Heather assured him and he sat beside me on the floor.
"So, you guys heard about first and second years going to Hogwarts on the Seventh?"
"Course. What do you think we've been talking about?" I asked scoffing.

"Oh, you've found someone to take?" He asked me and I shook my head.
"What about you?"
"Well, that's kind of the reason I came here. I wanted to ask Heather" he said shyly and I couldn't help but hold back a chuckle. He's going to flip when he finds out about Malfoy.

"Oh. Um- Tommy..." She looked lost for words.
"She's uh-already been asked" I said really fast and pretended to cough.
"Oh. By who?"
"It's a surprise?" She said unsure of what to say next.

"Who is it Heather?" He warned. Okay, things are going to get ugly.
"I'm going to ask you one more time...who is it?"
"Hermione !" I blurted out and Heather looked grateful.
"Hermione?" He asked.
"Y-yes. Hermione."

"Is this true?" He asked Heather and she nodded. Yep. It's Hermione alright." She said, showing us her fake laugh.
"Why Hermione?" Tommy asked.
"Duh. They're sisters. And they're bonding. How dumb can you be?"
