Your POV
"Johnny!" You call out running to the vacant lot looking for your boyfriend, Johnny Cade. Johnny has texted you about twenty minutes before for you to meet you at the vacant lot because Socs were after him.
"(y/n), over here!" Johnny whispered. You turned around and ran over to the bush he was behind and crouched down next to him.
"Johnny, what the hell happened?" You asked worriedly.
"Nothing," he says smirking, "follow me." He grabbed your hand and led you to a picnic area he had all set up with baloney sandwiches and juice pouches, your favorite.
"Johnny, what's going on?" You ask smiling fro ear to ear. He doesn't say anything and keeps walking to the picnic area. You both sat down and were blushing like no other.
"Well (y/n), I-i haven't asked you on a real date yet so-" You cut him off by kissing him. When you kissed him it felt like a million fireworks went off and the butterflies in his stomach were going crazy. You pulled away and you both were blushing so much your face looked like a cherry.
"I-i love you (y/n). So much." He leaned over the picnic basket and kisses you like he meant it, like he meant forever.
