Hello

I walk into my class and it is only 7:10, great I made it but now I have to play my instrument and I'm not in the mood to do anything today except continue to process what my life will be like without my parents. I have the 0-period band if you haven't already picked up on it. I walk to the chair in the back of the band room the farthest away from everyone. As I sit down our teacher comes out of his office and tells us we're having a sectionals day. Sectionals are practicing with people who play the same instrument as you or are in the same category. What I mean by category is for example low brass you have trombones, tubas, baritones, etc. They aren't the same instruments but still in the same section. I know I fucked up explaining that big time but it's not like anyone cares.

I plug my headphones into my phone and open Wattpad because I can't be arsed to practice today. Just because I'm American doesn't mean I can't use British terms, so fuck off if you're gonna hate. I continue reading this Narry fanfic, yes I ship Narry. Don't try to get me to ship Larry never gonna happen NARRY IS LIFE.

I hear my ringtone of 'Party In The USA' and quickly answer my phone without looking at who called. Thank god it's brunch right now if my phone went off in class I'd probably get laughed at.

"Hello?"

"Hi, Sage" I hear a familiar Irish accent.

"Aaron?"

"Yes, it's me. Bailey and I got on the first flight to San Francisco, we just got off the plane" I hear him yawn.

"It must've been a long flight, did you sleep at all?"

"No, we stayed up the whole flight we're concerned about you"

The bell rings, shit I have to head to class. Why the hell did I even think it was a good idea to come to school today I'm not even gonna do any work today.

"Aaron I have to go to class right now-" he cuts me off.

"You're at school? Why are you at school?"

"I don't know. I guess I didn't wanna be at home, it reminds me of Mom and Dad"

"What time do you get out of school, we'll come pick you up?"

"No, it's fine you don't have to do that. I'm in Concord it's an hour away from San Francisco. I'll text you my address and just call me when you get there ok?"

"Oh okay. We love you, Sage, bye"

"Bye"

Then the line went dead and I ran to my class, I made it in my seat right as the late bell rang. I went into my call log and saved Aaron's number in my contacts. I text him my address and he replies 'We'll be there ASAP'. I plug my headphones in and continue feeling numb because I don't want to be sad anymore.
