[Michael]
"Luke, if it helps, we can send a male stripper over to your house so that you can shut up about it already."
"Thanks guys- WAIT! My mom's home. Please don't make that phone call," Luke (finally) bid the idea of getting a male stripper goodbye.
The four boys were attempting to find something to do for the rest of the night in order to distract Michael from his current problem. Ashton had suggested they went to the cinema to watch some movie everybody had been raving about, Calum wanted to stay in and have some beers, and Luke still wanted a male stripper to come over.
Michael wasn't sure of what he wanted to do, because to him it seemed that all of his friends' suggestions weren't as fun as they sounded. Honestly, he just wanted to be with Alex, but unfortunately that seemed quite impossible at the moment.
"Um, do you guys wanna go out and eat, like, real food?" Michael proposed, earning bewildered looks from his friends.
Calum placed a hand on Michael's forehead as if checking for a fever. "Are you okay, Mikey? I mean, tell me you want pizza. Not real food."
"OH NO!" Luke exaggeratedly pretended to sob, clinging onto Michael. "My Michael's broken!!"
"Shut up, guys," Michael pushed Luke off of him. "We had, like, four f.ucking boxes of pizza earlier. That's like, a heart disease waiting to happen."
"As good as a fifth pizza sounds, I think it'd be nice for us to do something else for a change," Ashton agreed.
Luke sighed. "Fine, but only because I want the burger-patty dish thing from that diner across the park."
"Oh yeah, I've been there, and damn, the cake there is like heaven in your mouth."
"Then what're you noobs waiting for? Let's go right now," Ashton was already out the door, with Calum and Luke happily following.
See? Your friends are happy, you should be too, Michael thought. But who the f.uck am I kidding, I miss her. I want her.

Upon arrival at the street bearing the diner and playground, the four boys took no second thoughts with deciding to 'hang around' at the playground before eating. Each of them bolted to the swings, see-saw, monkey bars, and slide, but sadly, they realized they no longer fit on anything, so they were left with nothing to do but head inside the diner across the street.
"Damn it, I'm too tall for the stupid monkey bars."
"Luke, you're a f.ucking giraffe. You're too tall for everything."
"F.uck you, Calum."
Their small group couldn't help but share a few laughs and shake their heads at how idiotically fun it was to be with each other. The thing was, once they had all entered the diner, the laughter had to come to an end for one particular reason.
Michael was trying to look for a nice booth for them to sit at, but then he swore he saw Alex. He caught a glimpse of her attempting to hide her face with her hair without success. He could tell it was her from any angle. His eyes then flickered to the person Alex had been sitting with, and it was a freaking guy. The fact that he was a really good looking guy was not helping at all.
What the f.uck? Michael's thoughts invaded his mind. Who the hell does this guy think he is? And why is Alex with him, not me?
"Michael, were you listening?" Calum snapped him out of his thoughts. "I just said that we could sit at the bar since it's empt- dude, you're not even looking at me."
