Chapter 22

Mom was at the table with Jessie, Ella and Grayson talking about school stuff.
I sat down in my usual spot at the end of the table and went on Instagram on my laptop.

"Liz hun, do you want something to eat?"

I looked up from my computer and shook my head.

"You sure?"

"Positive."

"Alright then.."

For the next 10 minutes my mom asked Grayson questions about how he was doing in school and his favourite subjects and all that other boring stuff when I heard my name enter the conversation.

"How's Liz doing in school? She never tells me..."

"Uh.... Fr-from what I've seen and heard she's doing pretty good...."

I looked up from my computer again to see my mother smiling.

"Well that's good..."

Oh yeah totally.
I mean I was doing good in school but with the bullying it's hard.
It's all I hear when I'm in class is people talking about me behind my back.
Even if I told my mom about the bullying, she'd never understand.
I was deep in thoughts when Grayson spoke.

"Do you wanna go swimming with Ethan and i?"

I smiled and nodded.
I closed my laptop and went upstairs with Grayson following behind me.
I grabbed my turquoise bikini and a pair of grey yoga pants and a white tank top and went into my bathroom to get changed.
I walked out to see Grayson snapchatting

"Hey guys so Ethan, Liz and I are going swimming and..."

He spotted me and trend the camera towards me.
"And Liz is lookin beautiful like always."

The video ended as I was blushing like crazy.

"We should go to your house so you can get your bathing suit.."

"Good idea."

I quickly grabbed my black uggs and put them on.
We walked downstairs and said bye to my mother and we left to go to Grayson's house.
