Chapter 15

What haven't mentioned about Ella is that shes 2 years older then me and that means if I ever get a boyfriend, I need to keep her away from him.
As I walked down the stairs I saw something I wish I hadn't.
Ella stood on her tiptoes and kissed Grayson.
I mean, I know I'm not dating him but I got sort of mad.
When Ella stopped kissing him, he didn't look happy so nows the time that I decided to walk down for the "first" time.
He looked at me and smiled.

"Hey! So glad you're ready."

"Yeah...."

"Wait... You're gonna date with him? Grayson you never told me you were dating my cousin."

"I uh..."

"We're not.."

"Yeah, she's my girlfriend."

"Oh. Well.... Have fun on doing whatever you were going to do."

"Yeah ok bye!"

I walked out of the house with Grayson and we started walking.
I didn't know where we were going so I just followed Grayson.
I couldn't get the scene of Ella kissing him out of my head.
I was deep in thoughts when I tripped.

"Ouch!"

"Haha what a loser!"

"Don't call her that!"

Once I got stood up again and all brushed off I finally saw what happened.
Cameron, Alex and Dustin (the meanest boys in the school) had tripped me.
I glares at Cameron as he continued to laugh and call me a loser.

"I said don't call her that!"

My head snapped towards Grayson, who was extremely mad.
Cameron and his friends stopped laughing and started muttering apologies before Grayson and I started walking away.
He had one arm around my waist and the other in his pocket of his Khakis.

"I'm sorry for them tripping you. If my reflexes had worked faster I would have caught you..."

"It's ok Gray, I'm strong enough to handle being tripped.."

"But I wanted to save you from falling and be you hero..."

"Well in my world, if I consider someone a hero, they don't have to do anything but be living."

That comment made him smile as we continues our walk.
