Before everything went black, the last things I saw were Jerry running out and Grayson hovering over me on the phone crying.
I woke up a few hours later in the hospital.
I looked to my right was Grayson, Ethan and Emma.
I opened my eyes a little more to see Emma looking at me and smiling.
"Grayson... she's up..."
Grayson looked up at me.
His eyes were red and puffy from him crying so much but he instantly jumped up and hugged me.
I felt a sharp pain in my chest and I flinched.
"Sorry sorry sorry."
I laughed.
"It's ok Gray.... what happened anyways?"
He took a deep breath in and then exhaled.
"Jerry was about to shoot me and I don't know what went on in your brain but you jumped in front of me and the bullet hit you in the chest a little bit above your heart."
"Oh... um... Emma. . Where's mom?"
She didnt say anything.
In fact, she just looked at me with sad eyes.
"He got her... greeeaaattt...."
"Baby, what were you thinking, you could have been killed!"
"I know but I saved you..."
"And?"
"If I died.. you'd be alive like you are now.. So it would have totally been Worth It."
And ever since that day... Elizabeth and Grayson have loved happily ever after. They graduated high school together and Finished university.
Elizabeth became a singer and Grayson became a record producer.
Everything goes fine until Elizabeth and Grayson have a daughter... then things start changing. ...
