Looking at my alarm clock, I hurriedly throw the covers off of my legs and hurry to get dressed. I woke up almost thirty minutes later than normal, which would really mess up my schedule.

I threw on the first thing I could find which basically consisted of jeans and an old band tee shirt with a few holes in it, with an even older sweater that my mum used to wear before she passed away. The material was thin but it managed to keep me warm, so I wore it. I looked in the mirror and lazily gazed at my reflection. I sighed before putting on my contacts and managed to make my hair look decent.

I sighed as I got my bag and walked out of my room, which was basically a shed, and towards Fabian's car.

"Good morning, Eleanor!" Fabian calls.

"Oh my god, shut up, please. I can't take your morning happiness." I tell him.

"I'll buy you food." Fabian stated. I nodded my head no and leaned into the seat, closing my eyes.

Fabian turned on the radio and Panic! At The Disco blared through the speakers, Fabian began singing. "Miss Jackson, yeah Miss Jackson, yeah Miss Jackson are you nasty?" He sang, obviously not wanting me to go to sleep. "Come on, El. Let me buy you food, you deserve it after last night." He spoke, pulling into a McDonald's drive through. I gave up and sighed before dishing out my wallet for money.

"I want my usual. But I'm paying." I told him firmly.

Fabian didn't oblige and ordered me a sausage biscuit and a coke while he ordered something different like he did every time. I handed Fabian my money, and he took it from me as he pulled up to the window, where the cashier would hand us our food and we gave him money. I giggled childishly as Fabian placed the food in my lap and grabbed my biscuit happily.

"Good Lord, Eleanor. You eat like a pig!" He said.

I rolled my eyes at him and looked outside. "Those are the five words every girl wants to hear from a guy." I jokingly spoke, taking a sip of my coke.

"Oh hush you, you know you aren't offended." He laughed. I mockingly gasped and looked at him.

"I am deeply offended that you would think I'm not offended." I said sarcastically, getting a laugh out of Fabian.

He flipped his blonde hair to the side and then continued to drive towards the campus, passing the dorms that students could rent.

"I want a dorm..." I stated as we passed them.

"Just move in with me, El. I mean I live closer than you do." He said. This was the truth, he did live closer to the school than I did, yet he came out of his way to pick me up every morning.

"Do you really think Tina would let me move in with you?" I asked, my tone coming out a little more harsh than I meant.

Fabian shrugged and pulled into a parking slot near the music building. "You have a point, but technically you aren't her kid." He told me.
