Chapter 26

Amanda's Pov
Lisa has been distant all week and when we tried to asked Guren, all he said that she just needed time to think so we gave her time. On Saturday, Termin, Wakemai, Kiro, Toxsa, Chooki, Gen, Guren, Joshua, Lisa and I were being bored by talking at the fountain on what to do. Then Termin and Wakemai attacked Lisa but we stopped them. "Okay, Lisa do your thing." Joshua said as I led Kiro and Toxsa to an ice cream truck so they didn't see what happened. Mainly because Toxsa begged and Kiro just liked ice cream. Once we got back to our friends, I saw that Lisa had told Wakemai that she was Lyparestia. "So, uh, what now?" Termin asked. Then Chooki blacked out. "Guren, we're taking him to your house and Gen, help me with Chooki." Lisa said and we went to Guren's house. While we walked to Guren's house, I saw that Gen and Lisa were having a hard time trying to keep Chooki straight. "How heavy is this guy?" Lisa asked. "Got no idea." Toxsa said. "And I thought that this guy was the one who played the most sports." Lisa said as she and Gen half dragged Chooki to Guren's house. Once we got there, Lisa and Gen shoved Chooki onto the couch so that he wouldn't fall off. Once they put Chooki on the couch, he started moving like he was having a bad nightmare, and I mean bad. A few minutes later and Chooki woke up, hard. "Your finally up, ugh, we have to get that under control." Lisa said. "Oh good, your still here." Chooki said. "What." Lisa said. "Never mind." Chooki said. "Why did Chooki black out?" Kiro asked. "He was very tired." I said. "Amanda, can I have a word?" Chooki asked. "Sure." I said and we went to a corner where they couldn't here us. "So, what's up?" I asked.

I was wondering what Chooki wanted to talk about and my question was soon answered. "Nothing much but, uh, is everything with Lisa alright?" Chooki asked. "Yeah everything's fine but why? And I don't mean to be rude but why did you black out?" I asked. "You see how Lisa and I have a bond and that we both can use her bracelet thing and that I can find her with it only myself. Well you see, ever since Lisa had to do her light beam so that we can control our dark sides, well, every time she feels pain, I can feel it too and that's why I blacked out but the reason why I asked you about Lisa is because I had this dream, well, nightmare about her using all her power so that she would, uh, die. But I know that's not true but I'm worried that she might be overpowering her self and that she might forget who's the real enemy." Chooki said. "That's Lisa your talking about. The only way she would forget who the real enemy is when she pretends to do it so she could get closer to them so that she would defeat them. Also Lisa can't overpower herself. Cause if she did, she would be trying to become evil, remember." I said. "Yeah, your right. I think I'm just thinking about it too much." Chooki said. Once we got back to the others, Lisa was just falling but before she could hit the ground, Chooki caught her and put her on the couch. "She's going to be out for a while so, lets enjoy the rest of the day and she would wake up in a few hours." Chooki said. "Okay, lets go." Joshua said and we followed Joshua out the house.

Joshua's Pov
We went around the City enjoying what we could me but then soon I got a call on my watch. "Dude, why'd you leave me, now I got an attacker in my house!" Lisa yelled through my watch. "Oh no, we're coming right now." I said and ended the call. "You think its Granox or Slyger?" Toxsa asked as we ran. "Don't know, don't care, my cousin is being attacked!" I yelled. We ran to Guren's house and once we got there, we slammed open the door to encounter both Lisa and Chooki were laughing so hard that they were rolling on the ground. "Hah, your faces when you thought that she was in trouble." Chooki said. "Your a jerk." I said. "No I'm not, I'm more funnier than you." Lisa said. "Sorry but seriously, you left me here bored, what else was I going to do. And trust me, Chooki didn't know that was going to happen, he just knew me quite well." Lisa said. "Well, its not my fault that I don't know you well." I said. "Kind of is." Lisa said. "Well, it really didn't take long for you to come out of black out so we have a lot of time left." Amanda said. "Yeah." Toxsa said. "Okay." Lisa said. "So, what..." Gen started but Lisa interrupted him by throwing paper balls at him. "Shut up." Lisa said. "What..." Chooki started but again Lisa interrupted him by throwing tennis balls at him. "Shut up." Lisa said. "What are we supposed to do?" I asked. Lisa threw handballs at me. "Shut up." Lisa said. "Too late and that actually hurts." I said. "I didn't get hurt." Gen said and I'm pretty sure that he was smirking. "Oh stop bragging about it." Chooki said. "Actually, I done it so that who would first talk gets the least pain." Lisa said.

"So what are we doing?" Lisa asked. "Don't know." Guren said. "Toxsa and I have to go and work in the diner." Wakemai said. "Bye." Toxsa said and left with his sister to the diner. "Well, now we are stuck thinking about what we are going to do." I said. "I'll be back, I'm taking Kiro to Beni's house so that she has someone to hang out with." Chooki said. "Bye." Kiro said and left with her cousin. "And by so that she has someone to hang out is an excuse to ditch Kiro with Beni." Lisa said. "That makes sense." I said. "So, you feeling better Lisa?" Amanda asked. "Yea but it was hard to keep doing the light beam, it did take a lot of energy out of me." Lisa said. "Yeah, it seems that it did because a few minutes later you blacked out." Guren said. "You are so right about that." I said. "Okay, I'm grabbing an apple to eat and then we are going out to do something because it is boring to stay at home." Lisa said and went to the kitchen. She grabbed an apple and we all went outside to do something. Soon, Chooki joined us and we went out looking for something to do. While we were looking for something to do, which was taking really long, seriously we live in a town of awesomeness and all we got was walking through the park, watching children play about, we got a call from Alexia. "Hey, come to Amanda's house, we have activities planned out." Alexia said. "Okay." Lisa said and ended the call and we looked around and saw that Amanda was gone. "She must have helped Alexia with this activity idea." I said. "Yeah." Lisa said and we all ran to Amanda's house.
