Getting in trouble

Just present me going through old chapters and fixing them up...

*Y/N's POV*

[bell rings]

I went back to my seat after quickly chatting with Soyeon, Ha Ri, and Ji Ae. Ms.Go, our math teacher came in. She worked in this school the longest. She's the meanest, strictest, and cruelest teacher in the whole school. No one dares to even move or talk in class except Jin of course.

"Open your books to page 88 and do problems 1 through 30! You have the whole hour starting now! No talking and it is independent work!" She barked and sat down to take attendance.

All the students put on a tired face but didn't make any sound. We all turned to the page and started working on the problems.

"What?! These are so hard!" I yelled in my head and made a face. I looked at Jin and he was doing what he usually does. Sit there with his headphones on looking out the window.

"It's a beautiful day today!" I smiled and said in my head.

Jin suddenly turned around and saw me staring out the window.

"What?" He looked annoyed already. Well, he always does...

"Aren't you going to do the work?" I whispered as low as I could.

"Why? There's no need to do that." He scoffed.

I pointed to the board where it said, DO PAGE 88 NUMBERS 1 THROUGH 30! THIS IS GRADED AND IS HOMEWORK IF YOU DO NOT FINISH BY THE END OF CLASS!

"Because of that." I whispered looking at him.

"Ugh whatever." He groaned and stared at his desk.

"What? Where's your stuff?" I asked.

"I didn't bring it...let me use yours." He took out his hand and tried to take my math book. But I was fast enough to grab it.

"No, who told you not to bring your supplies. Number 2 rule of the class; bring all needed supplies to class." I stated.

"Yah" he whispered. "I need it!" His voice slowly getting louder.

"I do too! You know that I hate homework!" I slowly started getting louder without noticing. We both took turns tugging on the book.

"Give it!" I was finally at my normal voice volume.

"I need it!" He tugged on it more.

"I do too!" Jin yelled back.

"Y/N! Kim Seok Jin! Go raise your hands outside of class!" Ms.Go yelled and fixed her glasses.

"No! I can't get in trouble!!" I whined in my head and made a face like I was about to cry. I got up and went out of the class to put my two arms up. Jin followed.

"It's all your fault." Jin said casually.

"How is it my fault! You're the one who didn't bring your book! Now I have homework!" I furrowed my brows.

"You were gonna have homework anyway. It's impossible to finish all those math questions in an hour, and some of the problems continue with a, b, c...all that." He said.

"As long as she doesn't give us detention or make us clean and doesn't tell my parents I'm ok." I turned to look the other way.

Soyeon and Ha Ri stepped out of class.

"You don't get in trouble at all! This is your first time. But how did you get in trouble?" She asked.

"We were talking..." I glared at Jin. "What are you guys doing here?" I changed the subject.
