Scarf

My phone has stopped working and all my upcoming fanfic info plus the book covers are stored there idk what to do omggggggg.

*Y/N's POV*

"Hurry~ I'm on my way~~!" I was talking on the phone with Jin while getting ready for school.

"Okey~" I answered back and ran down the stairs while putting on my backpack.

"See you later Jung Ah eonnie!" I looked into the kitchen to see her dusting the counters as she waved back at me.

"Yup!"

I stepped outside and took a deep breath of the fresh air. For some reason I was in a good mood today.

"Ah..." I walked to the front gate with a bounce in my steps.

"Good morning my lovely~" I yelled as soon as I saw Jin.

He approached me and looked up at the bright, cloudless sky, "You're in a good mood today."

"Sure am!" I wrapped my arm around his and we both started walkig towards the direction of the school.

"Oh right! I'll be back! I really have to tell Ji Ae something. You go ahead." I told Jin and quickly ran to Ji Ae, who was sitting on the bench.

"Good morning bootiful Ji Ae!" I chuckled at my old joke and sat next to Ji Ae.

Ji Ae also chuckled and sat neatly, "whatever.."

"You seemed to be looking for someone. I'm guessing it's Taehy-"

"No! I mean- He- I accidentally took his scarf..." She looked down at her lap.

"Oh my! You match it perfectly~ So..anything going on with you two?"

"No. He ripped his scarf so I offered to fix it for him. I just wanted to see how I looked with it on.."

"But you must have been with him if you offered to fix it..is our Ji Ae finally coming out of her shell~?"

"He asked me to eat with him."

"So a date?"

"No! He promised to treat me since I let him have my snack last time.." I could see her clench her fists from embarrassment.

"You like him don't you?"

"Huh? oh..." She was thinking.

"Your heart beats uncontrollaby in front of him. You feel somewhat happy when you're with him, you get nervous in front of him and want to run from him but hold him in your arms at the same time. Those are signs you like him." I looked at the cherry blossom tree across from us.

"Oh really...then I think I do...I really like him." She smiled sweetly.

"Ah..now you must be feeling a big weight lifted off your shoulder right? Finally realizing your feelings." I smiled and giggled.

"Yeah. But I don't think he likes me back.." She lost her smile.

"You're really clueless aren't you? HE LIKES YOU! It's so obvious." I laughed and Ji Ae seemed shocked.

"Oh come on. I wouldn't be surprised if you two were already dating."

"When you see him, try to be yourself. Don't be nervous and open up your feelings. Well, unless he confesses first." I looked over to Ji Ae to see her smiling uncontrollably.

She bit her lip and tried to hide her smile.

"You're happy just thinking of him confessing huh?" I giggled and she shyly nodded.

"Ah you're so cute!" I kicked my feet up.

"Welp. My work here is done. Oh! He's coming. I'll leave now!" I ran away.

"Huh? W-wait y/n don't leave me-" She jumped up and looked at me while I sprinted away.

*Ji Ae's POV*

I watched as y/n ran away and left me standing there.

"Ji Ae!" I turned to see Taehyung walking towards me. He waved and smiled brightly.

"Oh Hi.." I quickly fixed my hair and waited for him to approach.

"Good morning~" He sang in a broken english accent.

"Yeah."

"Nice scarf." He pointed to his scarf that I was wearing.

"Oh right. Here you go." I quickly took off the scarf and held it towards him.

"I don't want it."

"Huh? But you told me to fix it." I was confused.

"You look pretty with it on. I mean- you're already pretty- but you look prettier with it on." He took the scarf and carefully put it around my neck while he kept looking away.

I smiled and thanked him. He awkwardly looked away. Smiling, I looked down and continued to smell his scent stuck on the scarf.

*Taehyung's POV*

I looked away in embarrassment, "Let's go.."

"Oh right. Ok." She started walking ahead of me.

"Hey wait up!" I ran up next to her and walked with her.

It quickly got quiet again. I slowly turned my head to look at her to see her smiling and holding onto the scarf. Seeing Ji Ae happy made me smile.

"What is it?" She turned to look at me.

"Huh? Oh nothing. I like your scarf." I joked around.

"Thanks!" She replied.

"Where'd you get it?"

"From my friend! He's so nice!" Ji Ae played along.

"Is he handsome?" I joked again.

"Very. And sweet too!" She said and my face turned pink.

"Oh really?" I smiled widely and she cutely nodded.

Sorry it's a bit shorter than usual. I'll be updating less often because my phone broke and I have nothing but my laptop. But anywayssss..I decided to bring back Tae and Ji Ae lol.
