AN: Ha ha (awkward laughter here). It's been awhile. I apologise in advance for this, I have literally no idea where in the story I even am. But the story is ending soon (hopefully). Then you can all find an interesting other Drarry story that I'd prefer to be writing now instead. But only one at a time.

Harry's POV
One week. That is how long I have before Draco legally becomes mine. The thought makes me so happy that I have been vibrating almost every waking moment.
The plans are almost completely set. Oddly enough, the only decision we have left to make is the cake. As in how big it will be, what flavour the frosting and cake shall be, and what the design on it will look like.
Luckily, with school having been completely over with for the year now, Draco and I can just use the Great Hall and the help of the House Elves to determine the perfect cake. We could probably do it without the hall, but being able to compare all the different cake designs at once will be better than seeing pictures or however the Muggles pick cakes. I wouldn't really know, I hadn't often been let out of the house to find out for myself.
Draco and I are actually just getting ready to go down to the Hall now. We'll be meeting with Kreacher and Winky to go over how we want the cake to look. Then the two of them can either work on making the actual cake together, or get help from some of the other House Elves.
I'm not entirely sure on what Draco is hoping for from this cake, but I do already have a few ideas on what it'll be like.
For starters, I don't care what Draco has to say on this matter. The frosting HAS to be buttercream. None of that gross "traditional" frosting you find on the cakes in muggle stores. That stuff might just be the only frosting I won't eat.
The real decision to be made with the frosting is the colour. And the decorations. Fondant is allowed on the cake, too. As long as it isn't the ONLY thing on the cake.
The flavour of the cake can be completely up to my little dragon. Even if he wishes for our wedding cake to be a banana cake, I would be fine with that. As long as the cake is something that he loves, I wouldn't even mind if the cake had twenty different layers, all a separate flavour.
Actually, a different flavour per level sounds brilliant. That way, nobody gets to complain about not likely out cake choice. We would have plenty of options for our guests to choose from.
With this amazing idea in my head, I rushed through finishing getting us both properly dressed so I could share this news with my doting fiance when we reach the hall.
It'd be best to tell him once we see all of the options, fewer stressful decisions to make once he realises how stressful a single flavour choice could be.

AN: So, I suppose this means I'm back?
Only three more chappies to go. I even made a sticky note to remind myself everyday so I can't get out of writing them. Hopefully this story will be done quickly.
In the meantime, if there are any Eragon fans reading this, feel free to check out my fanfic about that. It's called Thirstan. Can't miss it. It's purple.
Sorry for the horribly long wait on this, by the way.
