(Sorry for the chapter title confusing. Last one's was called Discovery. This one is Rescue. Next one is arguing.)

*Seto's POV*

I stared at the orange silhouette on the horizon, chatting with a white one. I couldn't help myself. It wasn't my fault that my feelings hadn't been retained. I still loved her, though she'd probably moved on. Who would want a dumb little sorcerer like me?

Ember turned around, feeling my eyes on her. I quickly averted them and stared at the enchanted book in front of me. I snuck another glance and saw her glaring at me. I snapped my eyes down and started reading the book. It held information in it on how to build a Nether portal...when all you have is Nether materials. I saw something about lava, which made me think of fire, which made me think of Ember. I looked up again and saw her looking at me. Well, actually over me, but I'd like to imagine it was the former. I turned around and saw a crying, helium filled, fire breathing pillow. Toboewolfsrain1

My hands lit up in purple flames and I readied a fire bow. The ghast settled down and dropped something off of its back. I was about to shoot the drawn string when I saw a girl with brown hair get off of it. Could it be...Toboe? I relaxed the string and put the arrow in my quiver, slinging the bow across my shoulder. My sword was in its sheath around my waist and I patted it unconsciously, jogging towards Toboe and the ghast. When I reached the site, I saw her. She had various scars I hadn't remembered before.

"Toboe!" Ember screamed, running full speed at her friend. The ghast flew in front of Toboe and Ember landed in its pillowy girth. "Wha was dat fo?" She mumbled.

"She's weak. Let her be," the ghast, whom I realized was quite small for its kind, said in a surprisingly high voice. Ember backed away reluctantly. Toboe was indeed on her last legs, her hair scraggly and unkept, her eyes wide and bloodshot. Now that I mention it, she was covered in blood. Lots of blood. She toppled backwards and I swooped forward, catching her. It was awkward to find myself holding someone besides Ember, but I carried the weak girl to the camp. "Daddy! Daddy!" The ghast called-well, more whined-in his cute but nasal voice.

Romani looked up from a huge pile of linens. "Peterson?" He asked. So that was the ghast's name. "What's wro-you found Toboe?"

He nodded, clearly proud of himself. "And a man with headlight eyes. I...we don't say his name."

Toboe rolled over in my arms and coughed out a bit of blood. "Herobrine. He...shot Herobrine...and almost killed him," she muttered. "Put me down; I can stand!"

"No you can't," I sighed. She squirmed around and bit me. I cried out in pain and set her on her feet. She wobbled, unstable and dizzy, and doubled over, heaving.

The ghast took her outside and she came back a minute later, sickened. "Whatever...can you set me down on those blankets over there?" She asked Peterson. He was about to fly off when Romani stood.

"Let me see your scars." She obliged she showed him her black eye, her torn side, and a variety of other infected, bloody wounds. He walked over to a brewing set and tried to craft a healing potion. He succeeded and gave it to her. "This should remove the pain and close your wounds faster. It will also help that infection."

She nodded tiredly and tried to stay upright on Peterson's back. He flew her to the pillow fort and she collapsed, exhausted and in pain. "Let's leave her be," Ember said to no one in particular. "As for you, Seto....we need to talk."
