*Herobrine's POV*
I called up all of my soldiers. "Guard this portal with your life," I hissed. "I'm going in, and if I come back and see any of you slacking off, consider your necks slit." The guards nodded hurriedly. They made way for me and I walked straight into the Nether portal. I could see the ranks bustling together again as the world dissolved into a misty purple.
I was spat out into a forest. It was nighttime, and my white eyes gave me a light to see by. "Clearly Notch's game forest," I muttered to myself. I headed north in the direction of the castle.
***
I approached Pixellaria castle. There were two guards standing rigidly at the drawbridge. They heard a rustle in the bush and whipped around. "King's Guard! Show yourself!" He yelled. I quickly turned into a white rabbit. I hopped out of the bush, trying to conceal my glowing eyes. "Oh, it's just a rabbit," he muttered, feeling foolhardy. I saw a wolf, and cast my mind control on mobs upon it. It stepped forward, a low growl rumbling in his throat. He howled and launched himself at the two guards. They yelped and darted back.
I, as the rabbit, hopped towards the drawbridge and shifted back. "Thanks, boys," I chuckled cynically. I released my hold on the wolf, but it was now in a mad rage and continued to attack the guards. I placed sunglasses on my face, obscuring the white glow of my eyes.
I walked up countless stairs. They were ascending up the spire in a spiral motion. It was classic castle design, where in an attacker right hand versus defender right hand battle, the attacker would be strained to battle the defender, who was not pressed against a wall. I went up until I was stopped by a sentry. "What is your business here?" He asked suspiciously.
"To see the King," I replied coldly.
"I'm going to need to accompany you there to ensure His Majesty's safety," the sentry shot back. I narrowed my eyes and grudgingly agreed. I traipsed up the stairs in front of him, his spear pointed at my back. We approached the King's great hall, where yelling could be heard.
I turned on the sentry. "I'm sorry I have to do this," I said as insincerely as I could. He looked as if he was going to ask why, and I whipped off the sunglasses.
"He-He-Her-Herob-brine!" He stammered fearfully. I kicked him down the stairs before he could say any more. I delighted myself at the cries of pain and clinking and clashing of chain mail armor. I kicked the doors to the hall open.
"I don't pay taxes, fool, taxes get paid to me! I'm the King!" Notch yelled at a cowering businessman. "Now get out of my castle!" The businessman scurried away, saw me, let out a rather girlish scream, and catapulted himself down the stairs. "Herobrine. What are you, of all people, doing in my kingdom?" Notch sneered.
"I've come seeking, ah, opportunity," I said silkily. "I was wondering if you would like to ally with me."
Notch harrumphed disdainfully. "Against what?"
"Those hybrid youths with the powers. I heard they escaped from you once before. Now is our time to get revenge. And this time, they'll not escape," I grinned, my eyes glinting with a malicious light.
Notch laughed maniacally. "Of course I'll kill those damn pests with you! But how do you plan to do it? Have any other allies?"
"I have my army, and I have a plan. A plan to get the most destructive ally we can get." Notch saw where I was going with this and smiled, his beady eyes narrowing.
"Consider it done," he held out his hand. I shook it and our alliance was born.

I stepped through the portal. "Did they come?" I snarled, looking at my straight backed soldiers.
"Sir, no sir!" One of the generals said in a clipped tone with a salute.
"Good. Go back to your stations!" I snapped. The soldiers all saluted in unison and marched off. The two still standing guard bit their lips in fear. "Guard this portal with your life." I repeated from earlier, and they nodded hurriedly. I went to my room and picked up the three wither skeleton heads. I grabbed some soul sand and pursed my lips. If I couldn't convince our hopeful ally to join us, he would be on the loose, destroying my army. I could only hope that my persuasion capability would be able to seal the deal.

I placed the soul sand. That left three skulls.
One. A bead of sweat made its way down my back.
Two. My hand trembled.
I hesitated before placing the third. Would Notch's and my armies be enough to defeat them? They could massacre my army of mobs before dying themselves, and they had a rather small army of their own. Notch's army, however, was highly trained. He didn't have a very large one, but it would be devastating if the hybrids had't been training. But I couldn't take the chance that we'd lose. Our new ally would annihilate both the enemies and that chance. I placed the skull.
There was a burst of bright cyan electricity. I was thrust backwards. I saw stars. When my vision cleared, a massive shape loomed above me. I got up and dusted myself off. "You dare to wake ME?" It snarled.
"Ah, sorry, sir, we got off on the wrong foot," I said, despite the fact that he didn't have feet. "I'm Herobrine. You might already know me, but-."
I was cut off. "SILENCE, FOOL! I am the almighty Wither. What worthy service have you called upon me for?"
I bristled. So I was a fool now. "Well, my ally King Notch and I are launching an attack. We were wondering if you would like to ally."
"Mmm, a battle? I do love me some bloodshed," it chuckled a booming, maniacal laugh. "What is it to me, though?"
I sighed. The hard part. "If we win, your honor, and I survive, you can kill every one of the hybrids that we are fighting. Except for one. I will tell you which one not to kill when the time comes. You may also..." I gulped. The really hard part. "You may also take over my mansion and my position as Overlord of the Nether."
"Ah, a fair trade. Our alliance is set. But, as I do not have any hands to shake with, please cut open your arm." I obliged, drawing my knife and slitting open my forearm. "Drip the droplets of blood into my maw." I squeezed three drops of scarlet red blood into the wither. "We are allied, until death or victory." I nodded gravely and swept my hand across the shallow cut and healed it. Our alliance, the three most vicious, cynical villains in the history of Minecraft together as one, was born.
