      Bella's POV

After we got home from the humane center, I wouldn't leave the kittens side. Mitch told me I would become a crazy sphinx cat lady, and everyone else agreed.

"Ya'll are just jealous that you don't have a cat!" I laughed and Mitch looked at me like I was insane.

"You are an actual idiot." He said and rolled his eyes.

"I want to see if she's good with Wyatt." Scott said.

My phone buzzed in my pocket and startled Aphrodite, who sprung up off my lap and started playing with a string.

"Hello?" I said into the phone.

"Miss me?" The voice on the other line said and my breath hitched. I hung up and threw my phone onto my couch.

"No, no no no." I said, burying my face in my hands.

  "What?" Scott asked me.

"Um, Mitch. Marcus is out." I said and his eyes widened.

"How?" He asked and I shrugged my shoulders.

"He can't be out," I said, holding back a sob. Marcus was my evil ex-boyfriend. He abused me in every way possible, and after Mitch left, my high school experience was awful.

"Wait, who's Marcus?" Scott asked confused.

"He's my ex," I said, wiping away tears. "My really, really abusive ex."

"He would hurt her physically, mentally," Mitch went on. "It was bad."

"So now two people are out to get you," Kevin sighed.

  "Two?" Scot looked up.

"Ariel, or who ever she is. And now Marcus." He explained.

"Oh," Scott looked down at his phone. "Esther wants to meet the cat, Bella."

"Then tell her to come over, I need to ask her something anyway." I said and Scott looked at me.

"Is it something we can help with?" He asked.

"I mean, it's about tour, but Esther asked me about helping with wardrobe and stuff, and I needed to ask her about what she wanted me to do." I explained, receiving nods from the group and a gasp from Mitch.

  "Scott!" Mitch yelled.

  "What?" Scott yelled back.

"We need to pre-film!" He exclaimed and Scott went into panic mode.

"Do you have the camera?" Scott asked him.

"Okay, girls. Relax. I'm guessing this is for SuperFruit, right?" I asked and they both nodded.

"You still have 3 days to film, you need to calm down. There's time." I told them reassuringly.

"Would you want to be in the episode?" Scott asked me.

"If it'll calm you idiots down, then yes." I laughed, and my stomach dropped as my phone went off.

Mitch went to pick it up, "No caller ID." He said and looked at me.

"Answer it and put it on speaker." I said and he did, and then handed it to me.

  "Hello." I said flatly.

"It's rude t hang up on people," Marcus said from the other line.

"It's not rude to hang up on douche bags, though." I said and smirked.

"Damn, you're feisty. That turns me on." He moaned through the phone. I quietly gagged and Mitch's eyes widened.

  "Creep." I said.

"I want you back, Bella." He said to me.

"That's too bad, because I don't want you." I retorted and Mitch chuckled.

  "Who's with you?" He asked.

"No one of your concern." I snapped back.

  "Tell me."

"I mean, If I did tell you, you wouldn't be able to anything, anyway." I teased.

"Just tell me, bitch." He spat through the phone and Scott breathed out hard.

"Call her a bitch one more time," Scott said quietly.

  "I'm hanging up," I said.

  "No you-" I hung up.

"He's still scary as hell." Mitch stated.

"I can't wait to leave for tour now. The farther away I am from him, the better."
