I step out of the jet. I breath in the fresh air the light breeze brushing past my face. I place my heels gently onto the ground and I stumble a little because of the uneven gravel landing. George, my butler helps stabilise me and leads me to my car, a sleek white limousine. I enter the car and he drives off.

Farmland stretches on for miles. Dry brown-orange grass. My jeggings and baggy shirt with sunglasses seem like just the perfect outfit for this place.

Although sneakers would've been better than black stilettos.

I took a deep breath before I stepped into the limo and began on my journey.

We had been driving for an hour and I finally looked up from my phone finally reaching a state of boredom. I gazed out the window and was kind of awestruck at the fragile of this one horse town the sun was beginning to set and the bright orange- pale yellow of the sun reflected on the fluffy greying pillow-like clouds.

The beauty mixed me made me tell the chauffeur to stop at a little cookie cafè close by. I stepped out putting on my sunglasses, checking my appearance in the mirror and heading into the cafè.

I entered and was greeted by the smell of fresh cookies and chocolate. I walked up to place my order and was surprised to see an old lady wearing an old apron taking freshly baked muffins out of her oven.

Definitely not in New York, but for some reason that isn't such a big problem. I ran, come on no line, literally one customer, less wait I may actually love it here.
The lady smiled at me and spoke her voice frail and chipped as it had spent too much time over working itself. In fact this whole place gave me that vibe like it was on its last studs before it would crumble leaving only its history.

"You must be new here pumpkin. I am Joanne Hunts you can just call me aunty Jo its what most people do they ac-" I cut her off just on the instinct that she would probably continue to ramble on about things I couldn't find it in myself to care about.

5 minutes that's as long as I'll be here.

"Nice to meet you,Joanne. I actually just came here for one of those muffins and a cappuccino."  She looked like I had just run over her lifelong best friend but also she looked confused. Then her eyes lit up like a Christmas tree.

"Actually sweetie we don't have any coffee here."

Crestfallen
That's the only emotion I could feel. How would I survive without caffeine.
"Since you're ill let you try our delicious new white hot chocalate free of charge and here is your chocolate chip muffin. Now dearie promise you'll come.
I grabbed my drink and muffin without so much as a thank you and just nodded my head idly, let's hope where daddy dearest stays there is coffee.
Or else I may well kill myself now.
I got back in my car and the driver started to drive.

Finally we stopped. I got out of the car while I told the driver to wait so I could make sure this was the right house. I walked uncomfortably through the grass with my heel continuosly sinking into the weak grass. The house was actually quite big or correction the land was definitely big and was a little further off from the town so at least there would be no overbearing, pie giving neighbours. I smiled maybe this wouldn't be so bad. The house was a double storey with a simple design and a white picket fence. I'm pretty sure this is like their retirement home their house was an inviting orange. I rang the doorbell and waited. After a couple of seconds I rang it again and knocked on the door. I heard wild commotion inside as if someone were being told to come get the door. I expected to see my dad but unless my dad is like two feet tall, has pigtails and is a girl then I wasn't seeing him right now. I smiled sweetly assuming my sister had been busy. I smiled sweetly. "Hi, sweetie can you go and fetch your grandpa I'd love to speak to him." She rolled her eyes and motioned for me to enter. Then she gave me the fright of my life as she bellowed out a cry louder than anything I thought could ever leave such a little body. "DAAAAAD THERE'S A PRETTY LADY HERE TO SEE YOU."  She then walked off to the opposite direction to what I'm assuming is her bedroom. I was left in shock, completely stunned. The way she rolled her eyes was as if she was used to people confusing her dad for her grandpa. I was pulled out of my wormhole of thought by the sound of someone clearing their throat. I turned around and was greeted by the sight of  a man who looked to be in his early forties with the same green eyes as me and apparently my sister and blonde hair contrary to my brunette hair. He was wearing a neat plaid suit and his face was worn with slight bags under his eyes. It looked he had just come back from work. At least from the outfit I could he was some type of executive in this small town. He smiled at me and led me to the living room. The house inside was the opposite of outside outside it was neat clean and presentable. The inside was two dishes short of a pigsty. I removed a shirt of the couch before I took a seat. "Would you like something to drink maybe a little munchie." He laughed it was a nervous laugh. I graciously declined. "Do you know who I am." I said raising an eyebrow. He laughed "Who doesn't." Something  clicked in my brain as I realized he might not know.
I smiled. "Well nobody except me and my mother really. You knew her actually. Sarah Stone." His ears perked at the mention of her name. "It can't be.... the same one I .... we had two-" "daughters." I said finishing his sentence. "Well you've lived with and gotten to know I thought I might broaden your horizons a little by introducing the other." I grabbed his hand and shook it while looking at him and saying. "Hi I'm Kasey Stone and I'm your daughter...."
