RWBY Lost

First Date

Ruby's POV

I had fallen asleep in Blake's arms she made cute mewing sounds in her sleep. Her body was warm and I am glad to be more than friends with her. Blushing heavily as I thought of the kiss. 

I attempted to move out of her embrace but found that out pretty quickly to be impossible she had a grip of iron. Shaking I decided on the one thing that might wake her to let me go. I leaned in slowly and kissed her softly. Her eyes finally shifted awake.

"How's it going Rubes?" She asked with a soft smile on her lips. She already had a pet name for me.

"Not much my Cheshire." I say giving her my own pet name in the process. Realization dawned on her.

"So you knew I was a Faunus?" Her smile went away a worried doubtful frown filled her face thinking I would leave her.

"Yeah, I love faunus and cats. You are the best of both worlds." I smile down in her embrace and we slowly kiss then get up to shower and change.

"You only brought one pair of clothes. Here is my closet check to see if there is anything you might want to wear." She opened a door that lead into a huge walkin closet.

The closet was filled with black clothing that seemed to match her hair. There were a few light colored clothes that I immediately drifted to but they were to small for me. There was this beautiful dark dress that would cling to me. I smiled she really had beautiful clothes that she rarely ever wore by the looks of it. I wonder if most of these are from her family.

I heard the dripping of the shower stop and Blake came out in her kimono her hair wrapped inside a black towel that clung tightly to it. She smiled when she saw the dress I had chosen. It had a feel to it like it was made of silk.

"Well go ahead in Ruby. I promise I won't come in. Why break a relationship when it just started." Blake smiled handing me a washcloth and towel that were red and black.

The water of the shower felt good against my skin. She had lavender scented body wash and shampoo, I wonder why I didn't notice the heavenly scent before.

Blake's POV

She was so cute. I am glad that she felt the same. Getting dressed as I heard the water droplets start to fall. I decided on a black dress that would not clash with the one she had chosen.  I wore a black bow over my ears as to not freak out the rest of the city.

When the water finally stopped flowing Ruby came out dressed in the beautiful black dress. It matched her hair to a extent bringing the natural glow of the red highlights in her hair out.  she had on the boots she wore to get here and I could tell she couldn't walk in heels based on how she loved wearing those. 

So I didn't force her.

"You ready to go on the town Rubes?" I look at her with eyes full of joy as she nods her head.

The walk from my house to the local bakery only was about 5 minutes glancing at the clock on the bakery wall it said about 9 am. 

"You ready for some breakfast?" I hear the sound of her stomach and laugh. "I'll take that as a yes."

Finding a place to sit in the crowded bakery was hard, so I decided to have us eat near the place we meet after we get what we wanted.

"Ruby get what you want." As I place my order to the older man working the counter and Ruby was hesitant at first to order. She looked at this giant chocolate chip cookie and some donut holes.

In the end I bought us some sprinkled donuts and two of the giant chocolate chip cookies and donut holes. The walk to the place we first meet was a little out of the way. But who cares.

"Ruby I am glad to have meet you." I notice her eating the chocolate chip cookie first.

"um hlad ti." She smiled then swallowed the cookie. "I am glad too." The look of glee on her face had me blushing up a storm.

"Well you ready to wait here until the movie." I ask letting her nod and wrap her arms around me.
