Part 1

I haven't given up on you yet.

I still love you with every fiber of my being.

I have a plan, but it's taking time.

These are the type of things you hear every day. His voice plays like an audio in your head, at least once a day.

He never knew how to communicate telepathically when you were together. You figure he must have learned it from his mother. You're not sure how to respond to him, but you hope that he knows that you can hear him.

Doctors appointments, meetings with the Order's sponsors, callings from Snoke, progress reports from Phasma and Hux; These are the things that you devote your time to every day of every week. You haven't had a day off in months.

It's been approximately eight months since the last night you spent with Ben. Seven months since you found out you are pregnant. At first, Snoke was not happy to hear the news. But later, he seemed to have had a change of heart and has now accepted the fact that you will soon have a child. Hux is indifferent because he knows who the father of your baby is. Phasma is excited, but tries to conceal it from you.

Sometimes you'll just be going about your day and you'll suddenly feel the baby inside you kicking and moving around as if he or she is throwing a tantrum. You just know the child is going to have their fathers bad temper someday.

You're so tired. Sometimes you feel so alone in your position, there are times when you wish Ben were still here, but you know he is where he belongs. You just wish you had more help and maybe a little less responsibilities. At least just for the last month of your pregnancy. It would be so nice to wake up one morning and not have to worry about anything.

It's about 10:00 PM now, and your day is nearly over. You change into your nightgown, which is tight around your swollen belly. You let your hair down, giving it a good brushing before bed. While brushing your teeth, you stare in the mirror, noticing the dark circles around your eyes from always being so tired. Then you get in bed, lying down on your left side. This is usually when all those thoughts hit you, the ones you try to avoid thinking about all day in order to stay emotionally stable. But his voice interrupts you.

Y/N, if you can hear this, I want so badly to see you. In two days I will go to the spot where I first met my mother on D'Qar at 8:00 PM. Meet me there if you wish to.

Once his voice leaves your mind, you sit up in bed. Your heart is racing. Part of you is filled with excitement, you'll get to see the love of your life again! But part of you is scared, because to the best of your knowledge, Ben doesn't know that you're pregnant. And part of you is trying to think of a plan to leave the base without anyone knowing.

You have a few ideas in mind for what you might do. But you have to put them away until tomorrow, because you have a lot going on tomorrow and you need your rest. So you lie back down, close your eyes and try to fall asleep.
