It's been about a month since Chase and I got engaged. When we told everyone, they all went crazy, even the psycho six. Which has me scratching my head, since they already knew and the fact that they are already crazy. Who knew the ultimate crazy could get crazier? Now, their like super saiyan 5 crazy. Now that's hella crazy. Anyways, since the wedding isn't util summer we have a while to make things perfect...or should I say Mike has a while to make things perfect. He won't even include us in the planning of our own wedding, he took our measurements and said, and I quote "you are no longer needed." The Moses?! Chase just laughed and said "More alone time for us."
Chase has been an amazing Fiancé, OMG I have a fiancé. It's not like before, I don't know how to describe it, but I don't think I can get any happier. Chase is amazing and everyday I find myself finding more reasons to love him. Now the only issue is where we are going to live. I still live in my condo on the Upper East Side, and Chase still ives in that ridiculously large mansion in the Hampton's. I love the City, but when we were discussing a family, he made a point when he said "kids need space to be kids". So, we have decided that we have until the wedding to make a decision on where we live, since I won't live in that oversized mansion, and he won't be cooped up in the City. We've entertained the idea of moving to another state since FIP is everywhere practically. Our choices are, North Carolina, Florida, Louisiana, and Texas. Personally, I like NC. Florida is where old people go to die, Louisiana is too hot and muggy, and you can fry eggs on concrete in Texas, Heck NO!
Let me finish. I'm making Chase and I dinner so we can do more home searching. I'm just about to pull the biscuits out of the stove when Chase comes in.
"Hey Babe!" I pull the biscuits out and put them on the stove.
Chase puts his coat away and comes toward me with a dimpled smile on his face. "Hello Gorgeous."
I open the cabinet and he pulls out two plates before placing a kiss on my lips. "What are you so happy about?" I butter the biscuits eyeing him suspiciously.
"I'll tell you once we eat." He pulls out two wine glasses and pops the cork on the Merlot he brought with him.
I fill our plates with sirloin steak, baked macaroni and cheese, steamed broccoli, and put the buttered biscuits on the table between us. We say grace and dig in.
Chase takes a bite of the mac and cheese and groans.
I giggle at him.
He looks at me playfully. "As your future husband, I demand that you make this mac and cheese at least once a week."
I laugh. "Twice a month, I'm looking out for your arteries."
He pouts. "Four times a month." He smiles.
I laugh again. "That's the same as once a week."
"Fine, we'll do it your way. Once a week."
"Nice try. Twice a month and that's final."
He sighs. "Alright."
I giggle and kiss his cheek. "You are too cute."
He smirks slyly. "Cute enough for mac and cheese three times a month?"
I just shake my head at him.
He looks down at his stomach and shrugs. "I tried mate."
I shake my head at him. "You are so dramatic."
"But you love me." He leans over and pecks my lips before he continues eating.
"I do."
"Too early Love. Darn it! Where's a minister when you need one." He smiles playfully.
