"SCHOOL ASEMBLY IN THE GYM!!! WOO-HOO!! WELCOME BACK SO GLAD TO SEE ALL OF YOU!!!" Said the senior cheer leaders. "They got a little to much pep in their step." I said to Dara and Lacy. "C'mon. It's school spirit!" Lacy said. Dara laughed. "Since when are you interested in anything at school besides sports?" Dara asked. "I'm trying to stay on the positive side. I mean, now that the Gruesome Twosome are gone, maybe I can enjoy school a little more? It doesn't hurt to be happy to be back." Lacy explained. "Just, don't act too happy. you don't want it to seem like you're happy Maddie and Sophia are gone. Even though you are." I said right as we walked into the gym. The two best friends Cara(Maddie's sister) and Kyra(Sophia's sister) sat on opposite sides. Looks like Cara thought Sophia for sure killed Maddie. "I feel bad for their sisters," Lacy said looking at them sympathetically. "I don't know how they showed their faces today. Let alone ever." She added as we sat down. "It shows that they have strength." Dara said. "If they didn't come to school after this long of a break people would think they're week." Dara sad silently. "Welcome students. I know you are all aware of what this assembly is about. We have lost two beloved students. One deserved to be taken, one did not." Principal Wanner said. "Though Sophia's actions were unnecessary, we all loved her. We are putting up two memorials for the two students we have lost." Principal Wanner pulled to giant clothes off carts. One cart held a huge picture of Maddie surrounded by flowers. Sophia's was the same just a picture of her. "Maddie's will be placed by the front office at the main entrance. Sophia's will be placed at the back office by the back entrance. You all are able to place anything you want such as, flowers, stuff animals, and pictures. Nothing else, unless its something respectful to Maddie or Sophia, will be tolerated." Principal Wanner gathered his things off the podium. "I hope you all enjoyed your break and enjoy your first day back."
