AN: thanx to all who have read my stories. I hope y'all have enjoyed them!
Ps: once again characters aren't mine, I just make them do my biding! Now, please enjoy!Alfred stared at his mother and father argue for what felt like forever.
He sniffled and held his brother close. They held each other and tried to block out the accusations, screams, and demands one threw at the other.
Matthew clung to his brother's shirt. Both 8 year olds sat at the bottom of the steps watching their parents argue. Alfred stared at his parents with wide teary eyes while Matthew turned his head away letting the huge fat tears fall down his face.
They've been living like this for quite some time now. Out of nowhere their parents just couldn't get along anymore. Every morning they argued, every night their father slept in the couch, family weekends completely ended as well.
Alfred slowly ran his small fingers through his brother's long wavy hair. Hopeing to at least sooth him. Although, they were twins Alfred always made sure to protect his shy brother. He would toughen up just for him, and even though he'd also be hurting on the inside, once he finally got his brother to smile, he'd smile back easing his stress and worries just that little bit. It wouldn't completely sooth or relieve his worries, but if it was enough for Matthew, then it was enough for Alfred as well.
He turned away from all the yelling, apparently children being there wasn't going to calm the adults. He places his small hands to Matthew's cheeks and lifted his face to look at him.
"Common Mattie, let's go play in our room, kay?" He tried giving his best smile, regardless of the stinging he had in his eyes and throat.
Matthew gave one last look at his parents, then back to his brother. More tears ran down his round cheeks as he nodded "okay, Alfie"
Alfred stood and offered his hand, which Matthew willingly took. Both heading to their room to close the door.
Alfred went to his radio and turned it on, grabbing his brother's hand as he smiled and started to lead him to dance.

Alfred placed his little hands against the window towards the front of the house. Huge tears spilled from his eyes. Tears that he'd always try to hide from his brother were now running down his cheeks.
As he looked out the window everything looked out of place, so blurry, from the salty water in his eyes. However, even with the world so gray and out of wack, he was still able to make out where his brother was, as their mom packed the rest of their belongings in the car.
Their parents had gotten a divorce. Mother moving away to Canada with the rest of her family, while Alfred stayed with their father in the States.
Alfred had already said goodbye to his brother, both crying and holding each other tight not wanting to let the other go.
Alfred watched his brother get in the car right after looking back to the house one last time. He gave a small wave right before hoping on the back seat.
Alfred sucks in a breath and sobbed as he watched the car leave their driveway. He finally gave a small wave back once the car was turning a corner and away from their block.
He felt completely alone.
ooOoo~10 years later~ooOoo
Alfred groaned as he dumped all his books, papers, and back-pack on the lunch bench. He sat slamming his head on the table.
"Owww"
"Wow dude, what crawled up your ass and died?"
Alfred turned his head towards his right watching as one of his friends took the seat next to him.
