Lexi's POV

I arrived at Justin's house about an hour after school. I gulped nervously and walked up to his front door. Knocking in it, I waited for him to answer. I still don't understand why I was so nervous. Maybe it's because I know it's going to be so awkward?

My thoughts were interrupted when I heard the door open. I looked up to see Justin standing infront of me. Oh God! What was he wearing? I looked at him and saw that he was wearing cheetah pants with mathcing cheetah vans and he wore an oversized pullover hoodie (Picture in the sidebar). He still managed to look good. He could pull off anything and I mean ANYTHING like a garbage bag or something.

"Hey." I greeted him with a forceful smile.

"Hey." he answered back.

He stepped aside so I could come into the house. I went into the dining room and sat in my usual spot. He came in the room and sat in front of me. There was a really awkward silence where we couldn't even make eye contact. I can't believe I have to stay here for two hours since he missed yesterday's lesson due to that 'incident.' I thought back to what had Kayla and Caitlyn said and tried my best not to laugh or crack a smile.

"Here. Just read through this text book and answer the questions and you'll be good for the next two hours." I said as I handed him a textbook. He took it from my hand and set it infront of him. He looked down at the book for a moment, not moving. I curiously stared at him. I wonder what was on his mind right now?

He cleared his throat and looked at me.

"I'm sorry for being an asshole back at school. I really didn't er...mean it." he said.

Was Justin Bieber apologizing? I wasn't expecting this!

"It's okay. I shouldn't have even asked." I replied back, not even making eye contact with him.

"No, you don't understand. I rarely have people caring for me. You know, like asking if I'm okay, caring for me and stuff. I thought you were joking I didn't know how to take it." he sighed.

What I just heard from him was sad. Rarely people cared for him? The whole school seems to adore him but that's probably because of his popularity, charm and his looks.

"I understand. It's okay. I just thought that you were humiliated after that you know? I mean, I would have. And, if it makes you feel better then I care for you." I said.

That took a lot of guts to say that I cared for Justin Bieber. It wasn't a lie though. I started to respect him more after he cleaned me up from my skateboarding accident. Even though we fought in his room, I'm just thankful that he stopped instead of driving past me because he could have saved my life. He said he cares for me, so I guess I care for him. (Even though I still don't know him that well.)

He nodded and licked his lips, looking into my eyes.

"You mean that?" he sounded a little surprised.

I nodded my head and smiled.

"Wow. Thanks." he answered back while a smile was slowly creeping onto his face.

"No problem. And if you need anyone to talk to then I'm always here. I know we're not that close but whatever right?"

"That'd be nice." he winked at me. "Pass me your phone." his arm went across the table and he held out his hand in front of me.

"Are you sure you're not going to throw it in the pool?" I asked teasingly.

He shook his head and pouted his bottom lip. "Please?"
