When I finally got my shake, I waited for Theo and Funicelli to order whatever they wanted. I really didn't want to walk home alone, so I waited for them. They lived near me so they were gonna keep me company walking in this hot sun. The whole walk home, I was thinking about the lovely nap I was going to take as soon as I walk inside my house.
"So what you doing after school today?" Funicelli asked, wrapping his arm around my shoulder.
"Eat and sleep. The usual." I shrugged. "Is your little girlfriend okay with this?" I asked referring to his arm around my shoulder. Emely's extremely territorial.
"She'll be aight."
As we were walking, I told him about Cecelia and how she lost my work. Theo was talking to us but we ignored him. I think he finally got the hint when he shut his mouth.
"Is anyone home?"
"Just me today for a while. Why?" I looked up at him.
"Im coming over. And because.. I would hate to have you screaming while you throwing it back when theres a full house."
My cheeks turned red and I didn't know what to say. "You play too much," I said laughing.
The walk home is usually fast but it felt like forever today. I kind of didn't want it to end. This is the most we've spent time together ever since he got with his girlfriend.
"I'll see you guys tomorrow." I said as I grabbed my house keys from the front much of my bag. I was about to unlock my front door when I saw a shadow. I turned around and saw him standing there.
"What are you doing...?" I asked, looking him up and down.
"I told you I was coming over."
This wasn't the first time he said he was coming over. He would always joke but now he was serious.
"You were serious?"
"Yeah now open the door, I'm hungry."
I turned the key and pushed open the door. I dropped my bag by the front door and so did he.
I stared at him as he looked around. "Nice house. So where's your bathroom?"
"Second door to your left, down the hall."
As soon as I heard the door close, I pulled my phone out of my back pocket and told the group chat. Tori and Valerie had to know what was about to go down
Valerie is my other close friend. She moved to Compton last year, but she's always over on this side of town like she lives here still.

Y'all Funicelli walked me home and now he's in my house and using my bathroom

I quickly locked my phone and put it in my back pocket. He walked into my bedroom and made himself familiar with the place.
"So this is where it all happens?" he asked.
"What?" I laughed lightly, shaking my head. "You'll see." he responded and laid back on my bed.
I crawled onto my bed and sat next to him. Things were running through my head but I decided to go with the flow.
