"Is this a joke?" I laughed. "It's real Tyler." my mum smiled widely at me. "No way. This is for real?" I stared in disbelief. "I'm accepted to Los Angeles Arts school?!" I screamed happily. "Yes we sent them a video of that song you wrote, and they loved it." They explained. "But I'll have to leave you guys!" I hugged them all in a group hug and they awed at me. "Go and spend all your time with your friends because you're leaving in ten days!" mom cheered and I kissed her cheek before hugging them all again.

So I'm going to one of the best arts school in whole America. I'm trying not to let my anxiety hit like it always does. I'm not gonna let it fuck everything up. I need this. I want this. I took my phone and called my friends.

We settled to meet at the park so I went in for a shower before heading out.
Day was sunny and bright and it lit up my mood even more.

When all my friends gathered I sat them down and demanded their full attention. "So my family threw me a surprise party and got me a present." I took out the envelope and raised my eyebrows at them. They looked confused and I handed it to them. Lisa, my friend since kindergarten, took it and opened the letter reading carefully. "Oh my god." she muttered out. "Oh my god Tyler!" she screamed and rushed to hug me and I was burried in bodies of my friends. They tackled me and started laughing. "Tyler is going to be an artist!" they laughed and I never felt happier. "I'm going to miss you guys so much!" I pouted and they smiled weakly. "That's why you're making a Skype account and you are calling us every day. Do you understand?" Bella threatened me and I giggled. "Sir, yes sir!"
