I looked at Ty and he was asleep. I kissed his forehead and returned to my room. As I opened my door I heard shuffling. Nora was hysterically packing. And crying. "Nora?" I asked cautiously. "Nora what happened?"
She turned to me with red eyes and ran to me. I hugged her back and she just sobbed. This day has to end.
"Nora please talk to me."
"I have to....go home.. My mommy.."
More sobbing. "She's sick. She's really sick Joshua." I played with her pink hair until she calmed down a little. "My dad said she just passed out. I have to go as soon as possible."
I nodded and pat her back. "Let me help you." I said and we packed her. When she was done I went to the principals office to sign her out.

Everything was done and we were walking to the exit.
"Joshy?"
I turned around to see Tyler sleepily walk towards us.
"Wait for me. I'll be back in ten, okay Ty?" I quickly said and he nodded.
"Your ride should be here any minute." I told Nora. She just stared in front of her, completely broken. The ride drove in and I packed all her stuff in the back of the car. I came up to her and hugged her. I kissed her head and she sniffed. "I don't know if I'll come back. Probably not. I already miss you." I smiled weakly. "It's okay. I miss you too. Go take care of your mother." I hugged her again and she got into the car. I waved at her as she disappeared.

I came back in and Tyler was waiting for me. "What happened?" he looked concerned. "Her mom is sick so she had to go." I sighed. I just want to lay down and cuddle.
"Ugh why can't you just sleep over. I don't wanna sleep alone tonight." I sighed and closed my eyes. "But Nora left so we can ask to share a room." Tyler suggested and we started running to the principal.

"Mr. Ross, since Nora had to leave the school can Tyler be my new roommate?" Joshua calmly asked. The principal looked at me and then at Joshua. He was suspicious about us. "Okay. But we don't need trouble. I know you two are our finest students, but we expect you to be just as good or even better." he eyed us and we smiled. "We won't disappoint you." Joshua smiled and we left the office calmly. When we were out we ran to our rooms. He went to his to prepare everything and I went to pack. I threw the clothes into my suitcase, packed my notebooks and ukulele. I quickly locked the room and dragged my stuff to Joshua's room. As I came in, he took all my stuff and placed it on the floor before grabbing my face and kissing my lips. He moved his hands down to my hips and I had my own around his neck. We stumbled to the bed and fell over next to each other. We laughed and laughed and we were so happy. This day was exhausting for everyone and we needed rest. We took off our shirts and laid beside each other and just absorbed the body temperature of the other and we fell asleep, together.
