Luke's P.O.V.

"Luke..." Alexis starts mumbling against my chest.
"Luke...""What's wrong baby?"
"Don't... Stop..." (A/N doin what your doin. I'll stop...)
I think she's sleeping.
"Alexis?"
"Michael stop..."
"Alexis wake up."
"Stop!"
"Alexis wake up baby."
She shuffles and mumbles something I can't understand.
"Alexis. Princess wake up."
"I love him..."
"Alexis. Please wake up."
She shuffles and jolts up out of my arms.
"Alexis."
"Luke..." She says, catching her breath.
"What-" she cuts me off.
"Nothing." She says, getting up out of bed.
"Where are you going?"
"Water..."
"O...Okay..."
She leaves her room and I can lightly hear footsteps down the stairs.
What did she dream about?
Obviously me.
And Michael.
Michael...
God I hated him... He used to be such a sweet parent.
What happened?
I'm snapped out of my thoughts when I hear Alexis' footsteps up the stairs and down the hall. A second later she's joining me in bed.
After a few minutes, I'm almost asleep, and I hear muffled crying. And it's then that I realize that Alexis isn't snuggled against me. She's normally the snuggler of this relationship... What's going on?
"Babe?" I say groggily.
"Hm?" She says and sniffs her nose.
"What's going on? Are you okay?"
She nods.
"Come here princess..." I say and gesture for her to scoot over to me.
She does, and I wrap my arms securely around her.
"Luke?"
"Yeah?"
"I love you..." She mumbles.
"Hm?"
"I love you." She says louder for me to hear.
"I love you too princess. And you never have to worry that I won't. Okay? I love you and that will never change."
She nods and puts her head back down on my chest.
What did she dream about?
It doesn't matter.
As long as I have her here,
With me.Everything will be okay.
