Chapter 7 - Dave Has Feelings

Once Dave and you finished eating, you washed, dried and put up the plates.

"y/n, can i tell you something?"

"Uh, sure!"

"i think i might be in love with you" he looked you straight in the eyes. He was dead serious. In his eyes, he had hope, maybe hope that you wouldn't turn him down. He also had a deal of sadness. Whether it was sadness that he thought you might reject him, or because of his brother, you couldn't tell.

"L-love? I....I'm not sure what to say....I mean....why?"

"well youre pretty, you just have the cutest personality, and you laugh at all the best things. you like a lot of stuff i like. and best of all, you make the best omelets." he said the last part with a smile.

Your heart beat fast. Did you love him back? You feel like you do but....is it true love? Yeah, it has to be! You looked at him, smiled and blushed.

"I love you too, Dave."

You watched him step toward you, then his head get close. He closed his eyes and he passionately kissed you. You closed your eyes and kissed him back, happy that such an amazing guy like him, was now yours.
