Thirty-One

Miley's POV

I was finally back home. I had to say though, I kinda miss being all over the world. Today was the day Liam and I were gonna look for houses. We made an appointment with a realitor to look at the houses we picked out. We picked out five, and they were all in the LA area. That way we could stay close to family. We both went on Instagram and posted a picture of us and our rings. There were already so many comments. Some were bad, but I didn't care. I only cared about the good comments, and Liam. He loves me and that's all that matters. We just haven't told anyone I'm pregnant. No one knows except family. Not even my closest friends know. My parents and other siblings were so happy for me. They were happy we were having a baby. Even my dad-- he is actually happy for us.

"Hey beautiful." Liam says, then greets me with a kiss. "You ready to look at houses?" Then I nod.

"Yeah, you?"

"Let's go, we've gotta meet her soon." Then I grab my phone and keys. I go out my door with Liam, and get in the driver's seat of my car and Liam gets in the passenger seat.

"Ready?" I ask.

"Yup, you?" Then I nod, and start the car. We buckle up, and I drive out of my driveway. On our way to the first house where we were meeting the realitor, Liam put his hand on my leg as I was driving.

"Hey, don't distract the driver." I tease, then he kisses my cheek.

"Well, excuse me. I just can't keep my hands to myself. I mean, I could...but why would I want to?" Then I look at him and smile. "Okay, eyes on the road crazy." Then I laugh.

"Sorry."

"It's fine, let's just get to the first house." He says.

"Where do I turn?" I ask, then he looks at a piece of paper.

"Um, second right then take the first left and we should be there. It should be the second house down." Then I nod.

When we got to the house, the realitor was waiting for us.

"Sorry we're late." I appologize.

"No no, I'm early. It's fine." She says. "So, let's go take a look inside."

When we got inside the house, it was big. We walked all around. The house had four bedrooms and three bathrooms It had a decent sized yard, and it was all fenced so the dogs or animals wouldn't run off. It had an outdoor swimming pool, also.

"What do you think?" The realitor asks Liam and me.

"I like it...what do you think Miles?"

"Well, it does have four bedrooms, so that's good. I like the outdoor swimming pool. I like how the yard is fenced...but I just think the yard is a bit small considering all the animals we have." I say to Liam. "We've got a lot of animals." I say to the lady.

"Ah, I see. Okay, well, we can look at more. You had five in mind, correct?" Then Liam and I nod. "Well, let's go to the second house."

When we got to the second house, it was even smaller. The pictures online make the houses look bigger than they are.

"This one's even smaller, Liam. How will all the animals get along in such a small space?" I ask him. "Not to mention we do have...you know." I say, referring to the baby on the way.

"Yeah...you're right Miley. Please tell us there's a bigger house than this one." Liam says to the realitor.

"Don't worry, the third house is much bigger." Then we leave.

When we got to the third house, I could tell it was a bigger house just by looking at the outside of it. When we got in, I was immediately impressed. We walked around and explored all of the house- the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen...the house even had two living rooms. It had one big kitchen, two big living rooms, five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and the yard was huge. It had an outdoor swimming pool and a shaded area. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, and it had a guest bathroom by one of the living rooms. When we looked at each bathroom, they were pretty good sized. The master bathroom in the master bedroom was biggest. The master bedroom was really big too. The house was only one story, but that was actually something I liked. I don't wanna have to climb up and down stairs everyday.

"Liam-"

"I know Miley, it's amazing." Liam says.

"Yeah." I say.

"So, do you like this one?" The lady asks, and Liam and I both nod. "Shall we go look at some more houses?"

"Um, I don't know about you Liam...but I really love this one. I don't think we need to see anymore."

"I completely agree, Miles. It's perfect." He says, agreeing with me. "Wanna take it?" He asks me, then I nod witth a cheesy grin.

"Well, let's just do some paper work and we'll get it all signed over to you." She says, then smiles. Liam kisses me, and I smile.

We finally found a place together. I thought to myself. The only hard thing will be moving in. But that's okay. Once we're moved in we can settle down and prepare for this baby. We still haven't made an appointment yet, but we were gonna make one as soon as we found a house. Now that we found a house- we can make an appointment. I was too excited to see the baby for the first time. Liam tries to play it cool, but he is way too excited also. Just in a little while, I was gonna have a baby. Liam and I were gonna be parents. It's just so amazing. I definitely could not wait.
