This update came quicker than I thought it would. Enjoy!

The moment Louis pulled in to the parking lot of the hospital and parked Liam practically jumped out of the car. He ran inside the hospital and up to the receptionist desk. "I-I'm here for my boyfriend...Niall Horan." He said.

The nurse nodded and quickly typed in a few things. "He's in room 210. He just got out of surgery. You can go see him. There will be a doctor up there." She explained and Liam nodded, thanking her before making a dash to the steps and up to the second floor. He headed down the hall at a brisk walk, stopping in front of the right room just as a nurse and doctor walked out.

"Are you Liam Payne?" The doctor asked.

Liam nodded. "How is he?" He asked, panting now.

"He's doing much better now. When he came in he had lost quite a bit of blood and being pregnant put him quite at risk. We can him a transfusion and the babies are perfectly fine. He has a few bruised ribs and his left arm is broken. He got a mild concussion as well but he's going to pull threw. He's nearly five months so we advise that he is on close watch and bed rest until he is healed. And then he needs to be watched carefully." She explained.

Liam nodded again. "Thank you so much. Can I see him?"

The doctor smiled and nodded. "He's still out of it because of the anesthetic but he should wake up soon. "Page me or the nurse if you need anything." With that said she walked down the hall allowed Liam to go in.

Liam took a deep breath and opened the door, walking in. His heart sunk, seeing the love of his life hooked up to an IV with a bright blue cast on his arm. He chuckled softly at the thought. At least Niall liked that color. He walked up to the side of the bed and pulled a chair up. With a sigh he sat down.

"I'm so sorry for everything love, please wake up soon so I can apologize to you in person." He said, taking Niall's right hand and place a kiss to his knuckles. He sat there in silence for a good half hour before his phone went off. He unlocked it and answered.

"Liam, where have you gone?" His mother said on the other line. Liam had to fight the urge to roll his eyes even though she couldn't see him. "The reception isn't over. You weren't supposed to leave. There were a lot of other people-"

He cut her off before she could finish. "I'm twenty-seven I can come and go places as I please. Plus my boyfriend had gotten in to a car accident and there is no place that is more important than here besides his hospital bed."

There was silence on the other end and Liam had a glimmer of hope that maybe she would be considerate but he was wrong. "Well Sophia is asking about-"

"Fucking hell mom." Liam cursed, shutting her up really quickly. "I don't give a damn about Sophia. More so now than before. She can rot in Hell for all I care. Don't call me back unless you have something nice to say to either me or my boyfriend." With that said he hung up and slouched back in the chair. He shoved his phone back in his pocket and looked up at his boyfriend. He let out another sigh and just watch the blonde sleep.

Niall was out for a good five hours but Liam wasn't about to wake him up any time soon. He knew that he definitely needed the rest. The doctors assured him that combined with the transfusion and surgery and the anesthetic, him being asleep for a few hours was normal.

Liam heard someone open the door and he was ready to accept the coffee Louis was supposed to bring him twenty minutes ago with open arms but when he turned around to see who it was his eyes narrowed.
