Ariana's POV

Pulling the microphone aside as I finished my song, the spotlight was on and everyone was cheering and applauded for me.

I could see clearly the crowd was enjoying my voice and that's what I have been looking for.

Looking at the four judges who were stood up from their seats and clapped for me. It's an honor to be given a chance to sing on this stage in front of Justin Bieber, Adam Levine, Christine Aguilera and Blake Shelton. It's an honor to get their trust and to be a part of the show as well.

This is my moment, I got people's trust and I should work even harder to fight for my dream. This is what I have been fighting for since I joined The Voice, trust.

However, I wasn't happy at all. I felt like I've no inspiration on this competition anymore. I am done.

Derek gave me a lovely hug and gave me a compliment about my voice and so did I.

Carson approached us and stood between both of us. He held his microphone to slow down the volume of the crowd and allowing Blake to start his word.

"I am speechless. Both sound really well, especially you, Derek. I would love to have you in my team since you are really talented. And so are you, Ariana. However, you seemed like not in a good condition today.", he said.

His words hurt me a little since he's right. I was distracted, because I had no inspiration in this competition anymore.

Christina agreed with him "Yes, Blake is right. Ariana, you are one of my favorite competitors in this show, but you seemed lost today. You've been kinda inconsistent lately.".

Adam sighed and tried to defend me "Well done, Derek. I guess it's not easy for her to sing a song which is male version originally into a female version. She may be a little bit lost but overall, still a good performance. Ariana, I am proud of you no matter what. Don't loose your inspiration.".

Those four words hit me so hard "Don't loose your inspiration.".

Justin sighed and had his last word to me "Ariana, I am proud of you no matter what.".

He officially announced "So, the winner of this knockout stage is...".

I cut him off immediately "I decide to quit this show, The Voice.".

Justin's POV

What's wrong with her? What is she thinking about? What's on her mind? Is she crazy?

She decided to quit The Voice??

There's a few seconds of awkward silence in the big hall. After a few seconds later, the small noise was heard from the crowd as they started discussing something.

Blake didn't bother about Ariana's statement at all, he questioned her immediately "Why? Please give me a reason to convince me.".

She shook her head and replied "I am sorry. I just lost my inspiration in this competition. I don't want to continue anymore.".
