11//Since You've Been Gone

Eleanor

Flashback: New Orleans, 1900's

It was the winter of 1901. The cold, crisp air blew through the streets of New Orleans. I walked along the streets, the clicking of my heels filled the silence as they hit the pavement. I decided to head back to the Compound where I have been staying for quite a while.

Once I entered, I felt a presence behind me. I turn to the presence and I see Kol standing there, hands behind his back and smirking towards me. My smile never grew upon my lips. I just plainly stared at him until he spoke. "Oh come on, love. Still mad at me?"

"No, I'm not. I'm not mad that you tricked me into killing someone for your own personal amusement." I say, crossing my arms across my chest

"I'm sorry alright, darling. What do I have to do for you to forgive me?" He says.

"You can't do anything Kol. There is nothing you could possibly do that could make me-" I was cut off but the tingling sensation that erupted upon my lips. I opened my eyes and see his closed as our lips moved in sync. It was like they were fit for each other. We pulled away and I opened my eyes to the creamy brown eyes I fell so hard for.

"How about that?" He says, his signature smirk forming. The urge to smile was too strong for me hold in just enough for him to walk away. He smiled, placing our foreheads against each others'. "I love you, Eleanor Bradford."

"I love you, Kol Mikaelson," I say. I looked at him before kissing him. He sped me against a wall, never removing the connection between our lips. My hands were thrown around his neck as his were thrown around my waist. That's when Kol is grabbed by the collar of his shirt and thrown across the room. I look in surprise at the attacker. "Elizabeth." I breathe out.

"Hello, sister." My expression changes into anger as I lunge myself at her before she began to cause an aneurysm. I groaned in pain and I fell to my knees, hands slowing moving up to head. Klaus, Elijah, and Rebekah show up with a dagger that was dipped in white oak ash. My sister stands up, taking the dagger she had hidden in her boot, dipping it in the ash. Kol moves his way to me and is quickly held down by Rebekah and Elijah.

Klaus bends down to my level and looks at me before grabbing both sides of my face. "You will forget of Kol and what you have learned from us."

"I will forget about Kol and what I have learned from you," I say, having no control of my actions.

"You will forget about the events that took place tonight and you will forget about the rest of the Mikaelsons'," I repeated the words before I looked at the mysterious boy being held down. That's when I was daggered. I heard someone scream my name before I black out.
