"I'm boreddddddddddddd" You repeated for the 100th time, still lying on the couch.

You were at your boyfriend's house, Joshua, and he seemed to be to focus on his game to entertain you.

"Yeah okay, we'll go out after I complete this game. You go get ready first alright?"

He said, his eyes still fixated on his television and his fingers rapidly pressing the buttons on the controller. You immediately shot up from your position.

"Really? Where are we going?"

You look at the clock, it was only 6.30pm, meaning both of you still have time to go out. You were extremely excited. FINALLY, he decided to bring you out.

"You'll see. Just wear something decent." Joshua replied, finally ending his game.

You immediately went to the guests' room, and change into a decent sweater and skinny jeans. Well, your parents are overseas because of their business, so they allowed you to sleepover at Joshua's house when they're away. Also, he lives alone since his parents got him this small apartment.

After a while, both of you were done. Joshua was waiting for you in the living room. When he saw you, he stood up and wrapped his right arm around you.

"Let's go!" He said, and unlocked the door.

Both of you put on your shoes, and skipped to Joshua's car. Joshua started the engine, and drove you to the place he wanted to bring you.

"Sooo can you just tell me where we're going?" You asked, excited.

"Nope, wait till we're there."

Both of you were having fun on your way to wherever you're going. After around 15 minutes, Joshua said,

"We're here!"

He looked for a place to park his car, while you scanned the whole place.

"ITS A CARNIVAL!" You cheered and clapped your hands happily.
Joshua just smiled looking at you, his right hand resting on the steering wheel.

"Yeah, let's go!"

He exit the car and jogged to your side to open the door for you. He stretched out his hand, and intertwined his fingers with yours. He was swinging your hands happily.

That was when you realised where you two were heading to.

"NO JOSHUA!!" You stopped walking, terrified at what's in front of you. 

It's the haunted house.

You hated scary things the most. And what's making things worse is that there are no queue at that place, which means it'll be your turn by the time you reach there.

"Come on~ I'm here, it'll be fine~"

"Nooooo~"

Joshua was attempting to drag you there, but not using all his strength, of course. You've always trusted Joshua, so you took a few moments to calm yourself down, mentally preparing for your future.

"Fine, let's do this."

You said, after a sigh. Joshua immediately pulled you into the haunted house. Before starting, there was a staff who was there to explain about the safety rules and all. When he was done explaining, he went on and on talking about the haunted house.

Great, at least I'll have some time to calm myself down again.

As he was talking, suddenly the door behind him slammed open, and a ghost pop out from behind. You screamed your heart out, while Joshua flinched.
