You opened your eyes, and the sudden brightness blinded you for a moment. You adjusted to the bright sunlight, and sat up. You rubbed your eyes as you looked around.

Where am I?

You thought.

Oh. Hospital.

You turned to your right, and saw your newborn baby sleeping soundly on her little bed. Kwon Saeyoung. That's her name. You smiled at her, and turned to your left. You saw Soonyoung, your husband, sleeping on the chair right next to your bed. He was holding your hands as he slept.

"Soonyoung, Soonyoung," you whispered, nudging him a little, attempting to wake him up. However, he remained at his position.

He must be tired.

You caressed his face, and swiped his hair that was covering his forehead. You kissed his lips gently, and his eyes shot open.

"Oh, hey. Are you okay? You need anything?" He asked after he realised that you already woke up.

"I'm fine. Are you hungry? You can go get some food for yourself," you said. There's a few food places im your hospital, and you badly wished you could eat them, but you have to stick to hospital food.

"Nah, it's fine. I'll stay here until your food comes. Got to make sure you eat," he said, and you smiled. At that point of time, you felt lucky to have a sweet and caring husband like him.

Soonyoung carried Saeyoung, and kissed her forehead. He caressed the baby's cheek with his thumb. You smiled at the scene, hoping you could capture this beautiful moment. Soonyoung gave you your daughter, and you gladly took her from him. You peck on the baby's soft cheek, and brought her closer to you. You gently pat her, and looked at Soonyoung.

"Jagi," You captured his attention.

"Hmm?"

"I'm hungry," you pouted.

Soonyoung laughed at your cuteness, and pinched your cheek.

"You're so cute, but I sadly can't bring you food," he ruffled your hair.

But as soon as he said that, the nurse entered like she could read your mind. She served you your food, and you looked at the food in disgust. You expected it to taste bland, just like any other food you ate here. You just wished that you could leave this place as soon as possible.

When the nurse left, you gently passed Saeyoung to Soonyoung, making sure not to wake her up. Soonyoung then put her back at her small tiny bed. He settled down beside you, watching you eat.

"Aren't you bored?" You asked.

"Nah, I'm perfectly fine just by watching you eat." You smiled at his response.

Soonyoung caressed your hair as he gazed at you lovingly.

"You know what, I couldn't even sleep well yesterday when I thought about the pain you went through. For us, for the baby."

You looked at him, eyes widened. Soonyoung glanced at the clock, before looking back at you.

"I slept for 4 hours. Dang, I was so worried about you the whole night." He continued.

"Really...?" Your didn't thought that he would stay up that late just because of you. You examined the eyebags under his eyes.

"Yah, you should get some sleep!!" You forced him to lay back on his chair.
