Marshal hadn't taken too long to get back to his cave and into his house. He shut the door and closed all the black-out curtains before heading into his room. He stripped to his boxers and climbed into bed, just laying there as he wondered what the next night would bring. Maybe he'd take another trip to the prince's castle... Then again maybe not.. He didn't want to seem like he was following the prince. After all he himself was a king... Wouldn't be very kingly of him. With that thought he laughed quietly. How he acted wasn't like royalty at all.. How ironic he wished to keep the image that he was. It took him a little while to actually fall asleep. It was well into late morning by the time sleep overtook him, and even then he was a bit restless. He slept the entire day, yet when he woke at night it still felt as if he hadn't slept at all. He sighed as the sun set and he got out of bed, just silently trudging around. He got dressed and went downstairs to find something to do to keep himself busy for the night. He didn't want to leave while he was so restless. It meant he was crabby, and it wouldn't bode well with anyone he spoke to. He ended up spending most of the night just cleaning up his house... His ENTIRE house.. He dusted everything. He cleaned out old places in the house that he hadn't touched in a long time, somehow managing to keep himself busy until the very early hours of the morning, giving him a couple hours to himself, before sunrise. Once he was done, he couldn't help but wonder if he should leave the house for a while. He knew the prince would not be up, so he couldn't exactly visit him.. He just felt the need to wander for a while, just to keep his head clear until the sun rose. He found himself wandering the forest around his home, just aimlessly wandering around as the night dragged on. He eventually wandered into a clearing, and simply sat in the middle of it. He wondered what it would be like to be out in the sun. The warmth of it, the light shining down on him... He only laughed quietly. From what he'd heard, it would more feel like touching the sun. The thought of catching on fire within a matter of milliseconds made him chuckle quietly once again. "I suppose it wouldn't be quite that worth it.." He muttered to himself. He eventually headed back home, planning on looking through his books to see if there was a way to go out in the sunlight.. He thought there was a way, but he wasn't sure.. Maybe by the next night, he'd have some answer as to what he could do. He did need to sleep eventually, but for now he wanted to find something. Maybe even the prince would want to find out.. He couldn't exactly go rushing off to see him though. He needed to find out first, obviously.
