Marshal lee. The King of vampires. Immortal... Alone... He hated his life... Er... Existence. Forever in the dark. Forever in the shadows. Never able to step foot into the light. Most saying his heart was as cold as his skin.. Rumours of him being a fearless cold-blooded killer often traveled past him in his kingdom. Currently wandering the night, he didn't pay much attention to where he was going. He hadn't realised he wandered into another kingdom until he was stopped by guards. "You there. What are you doing here?" One of the guards asked as Marshal stopped walking. He looked up at them and shrugged. "I don't even know where 'here' is, honestly." He said calmly and put his hands in his pocket, his axe guitar still slung over his back as he stood there. "This is the prince's kingdom. He doesn't do too well with strangers. Especially mysterious ones in the middle of the night. You'll have to come with us." The guard said and marshal shrugged. 'Why not. I have nothing better to do...' He thought to himself and smiled ever so slightly, just to 'amuse' them. "Alright. You'll find no argument from me." He said. They seemed a bit surprised but nodded. "This way" one said, the other motioning for marshal to follow them. Since it was night time they had not realised who he was, so he figured they were in for a bit of a surprise. He was lead up to a castle and through the front doors, one guard in front of him and the other behind. "You'll have to give us that." The guard behind him said, gesturing to his guitar. "Break it and you'll regret it." He said simply and took it off and handed it to them. They only nodded. Eventually he was taken to a room with two thrones in it. The castle was a bit disgustingly pink, from what marshal could see. There wasn't anything that wasn't some shade of pink. 'If this is a prince's castle... I'm not finishing that..' He thought to himself. The first thing that came to mind was the prince was some sort of stuck up priss. Either that or exceedingly stereotypically gay. Or both, he didn't know nor did he care. "Stay here." One of the guards said suddenly before leaving the room to go off somewhere, probably to find the prince. Marshal sighed and leaned against one of the walls away from the lights that were staggered about the large room. He preferred to stay in the shadows as he waited for the prince. Artificial light didn't bother him at all... Well unless you count basically killing his eyes. It kind of hurt since he was used to living in darkness. He could see excellently in the dark, but in turn it hurt to see under any light. After what seemed like forever the prince finally walked through the doorway, almost making marshal burst out laughing. He /definitely/ looked overly stereotypically gay. "Hello. May I ask why you wandered into the kingdom so late at night...?" The pink prince asked though it was obvious he was tired. Marshal only eyed him curiously before shifting a bit, though he still remained in the shadows. "I was only out for a midnight stroll. There's nothing wrong with that now is there, Prince?" Marshal said calmly. Gumball tiredly focused on him a bit more before his eyes widened a bit. "O-oh. N-No not at all. I hadn't expected visitors, that's all." Gumball said, suddenly a little more awake, and a lot more nervous than before. Marshal chuckled quietly to himself. "I hadn't intended to be one. I must say I've never seen another prince so fond of... Pink." Marshal said in amusement, watching the princes face darken a bit. Gumball scoffed and crossed his arms, his eyebrows furrowing a bit as he looked away, closing his eyes for a moment. "It's not pink. It's clearly a salmon colour. Really!" The prince said and marshal just laughed a bit. "Whatever you say, your highness." Marshal said in a bit of an amused tone. Gumball scoffed and walked over to him. "I am a prince. You have no right to speak to me that way." He said sternly, poking him in the chest once as he looked up at him. Marshal smirked. "I'm a king. I outrank you." Marshal said simply. It was then that Gumball froze, realising who he was talking to. He had realised he was a vampire before... But he hadn't known he was /that/ vampire. "... W-well.... I'm sorry but I have to go to bed.... It's v-very late for me... Good... Night." He said and simply left the room, the guards having already left once they realised what he was. Marshal sighed and just shrugged. "Dork." He muttered and left the castle. It would be morning before he got home, if he didn't leave now. He sighed and simply flew back to his own home, inside the large cave in his own kingdom.. It was interesting to meet someone who was royalty besides himself... Though the question was, would he meet him again...?
