Song: Dear Fellow Traveler by Sea Wolf
(The song doesn't even really match this chapter. Just listen to the words. Ir look up the lyrics instead.)

Someone was wondering why Dipper seemed so normal if he lost his humanity. I said it was difficult to explain. That question will be partly answered in this chapter.

Also, this chapter... People are gonna die! Lots of them. Buts that's okay because they were bad people...
But they used to summon Bill so they're okay and I like them.
But they gonna be dead.
T EY GO NA D E!!!

Oh yeah, and I was honestly shocked by how many people actually read the ANs.
Quite impressive, yes.
Here's your reward: angst (as requested by a commenter last chapter. You know who you are.)

And there is where the feels can be found:

Mabel stared out at the people gathered around them. One of them was saying something, but she was still dazed from the sudden teleportation, and couldn't make out what was being said.

Dipper was still above her, wings flared open. She could barely hear what he was saying.

"Did you kill. An innocent child." The demon seethed. "Just. To. Summon. Me? Do you know nothing?!"

"Alcor," said the person, or a woman, judging by voice, who Mabel assumed was the cult leader. "We are here to make a deal with you."

"I don't make deals." Alcor snapped. "Should have summoned Bill Cipher when you had the chance."

"Oh, and we used to." She said. "And ever since you brought about the Transcendence, and killed Cipher, we have been able to accomplish so much more. We are only here because of here."

Mabel felt sick. From the way Dipper was being silent, she could tell he felt the same way. Thinking back to what Ford had said, her brother already had a lot of weight on his shoulders.

But surely Ford had been wrong? Dipper destroying Piedmont, even being a feared, powerful demon of the new world... Killing their parents. It was all fake, right? It wasn't like he would have done it willingly anyways.

The only way to keep that secret would be if everyone knew and everyone was hiding the truth from her.

"Look." Alcor snarled. "I don't care why you're here. I don't care what you want. You killed a little girl for this!"

"Ah, but before you act, perhaps you would like to know what we're offering?" The leader said.

Alcor actually paused. For a moment, Mabel was scared he would actually listen to them.

"What is it then? Spit it out."

Mabel stared in open-mouthed shock when her brother actually offered to listen to these evil people. It was just a facade, just a facade.

"Anything." They said.

Alcor laughed. The dark sound echoed off the walls. "You don't offer a demon anything! How dumb are you? It's funny!"

"I will offer again. We give you anything, but you have to do something for us."

"Geez, bet you can't be any more specific than that!" Alcor said.

The cultist leader shifted. Mabel could tell that she was frowning heavily underneath the heavy hood. She wasn't the only one, a few of the others seemed to be panicking.
