Chapter 2

2.Mixed Emotions

Omg! I can't believe I slept for 11 hours straight! I reached here by yesterday morning 10:37( I guess!). You've no idea how tiring the ride was. Harry dropped me off at the entrance of our hostel.

He stayed and helped me unpack all the stuff I brought and I realised how stupid I was ( again ) to leave back my main suitcase have in our home. I decided to go and bring that suitcase by Sunday or something as I thought I'll just get used to the place first ( And, according to my character, I'll not reach the hostel on time as I'll sit there lazy on my bean bag , hugging my unicorn puffy screaming 'I don't want to go!).

I didn't meet my roommate yet. I didn't know whether to sit there and cry or jump on my really, really, really bouncy bed.

After doing all the crazy stuff and seeing off Harry,I walked to the school entrance which was not that far.

Something like a 5 min walk. As I was walking down, someone tapped on my shoulder. I turned back as I saw a girl with really dark, winged eyeliner( which was pretty), a little plump but beautiful holding a Duchini clutch purse.

"Hey! You new here?"
"Yeah. I'm Sammy. Just arrived today morning. You are?"

"I'm Rianna Cooper I st year Junior. I joined on Monday. Nice to meet you. Hey umm, can I call you Sam?" She asked with a grin. "Sure." I said.

She held my hand and toured me around the campus. Then, we went to the school reception to get our IDs. I turned around after taking my ID to bump into ( not intentionally) a cute guy.

He dropped his geography textbook and chemistry notes all over the neatly polished wooden floor. As I apologized and was helping him grab his notes into a neat pile, Rianna joined in collecting the papers. But what I noticed was that they knew each other.

"You guys know each other?" I asked in a calm tone.

"Yeah! I met him yesterday in the canteen. We sat together cuz there wasn't any free tables. Right Max? " Rianna giggled.

"Yeah. I'm Max Hillswen, by the way. Nice to meet you."
"Hi Max. I'm Sammy. You can call me Sam. Nice to met you too". We talked about our home place and stuff. It seems like we live kinda near.

"Hey! Forgot me?! At least I'm the reason you met!" Rianna put on a fake grunging face. I and Max giggled and Rianna joined in too.

After a long first day in school, I returned back to my dorm to find a note that layer next to some expensive luggages. It said "Hey! This is Hayes. I'm your roommate. I won't be there tonight. Hope to meet you tmrw. Bye. P.S. Tc dude."

Serious enough. And now I have to wait till tomorrow to find out who this 'Hayes' dude is. GOD!
