Chapter 2 - The New Life, Beginning and Family

Shay's POV

Running away from my now old pack and my family along with my best friend is hard. Even though they've done nothing but hurt me all over again.. They are still my family.

We were too caught up running that we didn't notice that we trespassed a territory, until four wolves stopped in front of us and shifted into their human form with nothing but jeans on them.

May I add, they're all nothing but HOT, with a capital H.

"Shift." A curly haired guy said to us in his Alpha voice.

Me and Cassidy bowed our head since he's the Alpha and by the look of his face, he was surprised since I think he thought were going to disrespect him because were rouges. We shifted behind a tree and wore a shirt and pants from our bags. We got out as I waved my hair and tied it in a ponytail, looking down as they looked at us.

"Why are you at our territory." He asked, well more like demanded.

I bit my lip, looking at Cassidy who was gawking at, who I guessed was the Beta, who also gawked back at her. I cleared my throat, "Uhm.. We're sorry," I looked down, "We didn't mean to trespass, we just took off running and didn't realize we were already trespassing another territory."

He looked at me, furrowed eyebrows and straight in the eyes making my body feel tingles. What? "Do you have a pack?"

I nodded, "We.. did."

"What do you mean 'did'?" The one with a quiff hair asked, well I mean two of them has quiff hair and dark haired they're identical twins, I think.

"We ran away.." Cassidy mumbled for the first time.

The beta narrowed his eyes, "Why?"

I took a deep breath, "It's too personal."

The Alpha sighed, "Well.. Since it looks like you're not a trouble. You could join our pack or be locked up into a cell, trouble or not. And if you do join you'd still have to tell why you two ran away. Personal or not." He explained.

Well, I think me and Cass doesn't want to be locked up so she spoke, "We'll join. Just please don't lock us in a cell."

"And I'm not allowing it." The Beta said.

I looked at him confused. Why would he care? He doesn't even know our name yet.

"What do you mean, Bryan?" The other identical asked.

Bryan, I guess, shook his head, "I'll tell everything later when we settled in our pack house with these two girls."

The Alpha nodded in agreement, "I agree, would you mind to tell us your names?"

"I'm Shay Flynn and my friend here is Cassidy Jones." I said.

One of the identical grinned at me, "I'm Joseph and this is my idiot of a twin, Zachary."

Zachary whacked him on the back of his head and turned to grin at us too, "I'm Zachary just call me Zach and you can call him Joe."

"I already told her that." Joe mumbled.

"Well, you didn't tell her our nicknames!" Zach argued.

Joe crossed his arms to his chest showing off his muscles, "Well someone rudely interrupted me by whacking me on the back of my head!"

The bickered back and forth until the Alpha chuckled and cut them off, "Guys, enough. I'm Nathan Ludwig their Alpha and this is my Beta Bryan Crawford."
