»One Year Later
Bryce and I walked out of our history class, hand in hand. College life was great, especially with Bryce by my side. Haillie was attending Miami and Mark was at Maryland State. The distance was hard, but they make it work.
"Madi? Are you listening?" Bryce asked, causing me to lose my train of thought.
"Oh, yea sorry." I said and looked up at him.
"Then what'd I'd say?" He furrowed his eyebrows and stopped. I wrapped my arms around his torso and tested my chin on his chest.
"Something that I didn't hear?" It came out more if a question, which made Bryce laugh.
"I asked if you wanted to spend the night at my dorm tonight? Dyson will be out with Acacia." Acacia was my roommate and Dyson was Bryce's. Bryce had come out to LA a week before me and Dyson helped us bring my stuff to my room. Then he met Acacia and they clicked instantly.
"As long as we watch Fuller House," I stuck my bottom lip out.
"You're lucky you're cute." He said and placed a kiss on my lips. I clapped and smiled cheekily. He laughed and took my hand in his again, walking to his dorm.
