Eva's POV

I was speechless.

"Yes." I croaked.

Cody kissed me.

It was a few seconds longer than our usual kiss. But I felt sparks and goosebumps form on my arms.

Cody's POV

My phone rang, I didn't recognize the number that was calling.

"Hello?"

"Hi is this cody? I am Nick shemami, I saw you perform a song at last Friday. And I loved it. I was wondering if you would like to tour with me to America? You could even be Justin Biebers opening act. It could be your big chance at getting your name out to the world. Call me back in a few days when you make up your mind." Nick explained.

"Oh my gosh! Thank you so much! Yes ill get back to you in a few days, this is a really big decision to make."

"It may easily be the best one you make. Call me when you made your mind up."

"Alright, thank you Mr. shemami. Good bye."

I hung up the phone and jumped around. This was my shot! I loved singing and writing my own music.

I turn around and see myself on E news. Wow I'm on tv!

I got another call from a number I didn't notice. I picked up.

"Hello?"

"Hi is this Cody? I'm Keith Olson, from Saturday Nights Live, I was wondering if you'd want to come on the show and let me interview you, and then sing us a song?"

WOAH Keith Olson was one of the best night show talk hosts in Australia!

"Wow! Keith hi! Yes I'd love to!"

"Great. See you then."

Eva's POV

I stopped by Cody's house before I went to the dentist.

I rang the door bell and waited for cody to answer.

"Hey Babe" he greeted me and he kissed me on the cheek. I tried to hide the blush creeping up in my cheeks.

"You seem to be very happy."

"Yeah! You know Keith Olson? He wants me on his show Saturday! Isn't that great!"

"Wow! That's great!" I smile big and hug him tight.

I was happy for cody. I really was, he was an amazing singer and deserved to be discovered. But I was sad at the same time, because me and cody always go to the movies Saturday night.

I felt like he wasnt telling me something else, but I let it go.

"Well, I have a dentist appointment, I just wanted to stop by and say hi" I smiled.

I kissed him and wished him luck for tomorrow night.

"Ill be watching you." I wink

Cody's POV

I sat in the chair next to Keith. My heart felt like it was going to come out of my chest. I was excited and scared. But I felt better knowing Eva was watching.

"Ready?" Keith asks

"As ready as ever." I smiled

"Hey everyone, I'm Keith Olson and I'm here tonight with Cody simpson." The crowd cheered

"So cody tell us about you."

"I am 18, and love to dance surf and sing. I have been singing since Ive been young and write my own music i also play the guitar. My younger sister Allie also sings. I've been living in Australia all my life. And am now stuck with my accent" I smiled.

The crowd clapped their hands. I eased back a little bit, guessing that they like what I was saying.

"Cody simpson was quickly discovered as he sang a song called Be the One at the solo week dance performances." He tells the crowd

"Cody'' he Says looking at me.

" you mentioned before your performance, this song is for Eva, who is Eva?" He winks

"Eva is my girlfriend"

It felt good to say that.

"Aw. Well cody do you think you will take your career to the next level?"

"Yes I was actually offered a huge deal this morning. I might be going on tour to America. I'm not 100% sure yet though."

"How about you sing us a song here?" Keith offers

I grabbed the microphone and began to sing.

"I'm sleepin all day, trying not to fade, but every single night, I've been lying awake, cause I, I can't get you off my mind. That moment that we met, I didn't know yet, I was looking at a face ill never forget. Cause I, I can't get you off my mind"

"Was that song dedicated to your girlfriend Eva?" Keith asks.

"Haha, yes it was actually."

"Well, that was it For today, good night!"

"Bye!" I smile and wave.

Today turned out to be a really good day.

Eva's POV

AMERICA? me and cody wouldn't be able to last through so much distance! I knew he wasn't telling me something important today.

I couldn't stay mad at him though, that song he sang was so sweet.

What's gonna happen to me and cody?
