One Month Later
-/--
You put your left earphone in your ear as you walk down the long road leading up to the coffee shop. You had your laptop in your handbag and your hair in a loose ponytail.
You were heading to the coffee shop to email a few places and find yourself a part time job before you were planning to hear from drama school - because after all, you knew that Bonnie couldn't pay the bills on her own.
---
You sit down at the table and rest your cold hands around your hot mug of hot chocolate. You stare blankly at your emails on your laptop screen for about five minutes before clicking on your photo album and flicking through your photos.
You hover your finger over the scroll pad and flick through your old photos of you and Bonnie. You smile slightly at the embarrassing ones of the two of you in your pyjamas when you were about 12.
You suddenly feel a large emptiness fill your body as your eyes stare into the eyes of Benedict on your screen. It was the photo of the two of you at Benedict's 30th birthday meal. He had his arm draped around your shoulder and the side of his head pressed to yours: a large cake in front of him. You were both smiling at the camera but you had cake in your mouth. You quickly remember the day in your head before you sigh slightly and click off the photos and back onto your email.

"Erm, excuse me, Y/N?"
You slowly look up from your laptop screen with a blank expression on your face.

"Yeah?" You ask.
Stood in front of you was a tall man with Harry Styles'-like curly hair.
He was smiling awkwardly at you.
You shrug your shoulders and close your laptop screen

"What can I do for you?" You ask the man awkwardly.

"May I?" He asks, gesturing to the empty seat opposite you.

"er, yeah sure"You gesture to the chair and smile awkwardly
He sits down and places his bag next to him on the floor.

"You probably don't remember me, we used to work together. Simon?"
You knit your eyebrows together before recognising his face.

"Oh gosh yeah! Of course, Simon. How are you?"
He chuckles slightly, his dimples deepening.

"You don't remember me do you? I understand if you don't, we haven't seen each other in months" he says, fiddling with his fingers slightly.

"No, don't be silly- of course I remember you. I'm just really bad with names" you laugh slightly. He smiles back at you.

"Well, I saw you sitting here by yourself and I thought I'd come and say hey. So... Hey"
His cheeks suddenly flush, making you smile.

"Well it was really nice to see you again Simon" you reply.
A few seconds passed- you both looked awkwardly at each other.

"I'm going to be straight here with you Y/N. I knew it was you when I walked past the cafe , I came in so I could see you- I know it makes me sound like a stalker"
You laugh slightly.

"I've heard of worse stalkers"
You both laugh slightly.

"So, how come you wanted to come in and see
Me?" You ask, taking a drink from your mug.
He looks down at the table

"Well, because everyday at work , I could never get the balls to talk to you, so I thought I'd make the most of the opportunity now" he laughs slightly.
You smile

"How come you never spoke to me? I wasn't that grumpy was I?" You ask, chuckling slightly.

"That's debatable"
You glare playfully at him.
