Maybe it's just me, but does anybody else get highly bothered by really descriptive clothes?

Yeah, describing it somewhat is fine, but when the author starts doing this:

I slipped on a tight-fitting magenta colored tank top that would showcase my curves perfectly. Then, I dug through my gigantic closet [because god forbid the main character has a tiny clothing storage space] and discovered a quarter sleeve leather jacket that would go with everything. I chose a pair of denim skinny jeans and pulled them on with no problem, and knotted a white scarf around my neck. Black boots and a white beanie completed the look flawlessly.

I feel like they are now forcing me to suffer through this after making me scroll through air headed thoughts of the main character.

Honestly?

IDGAF about what the characters are wearing, I would rather focus on the plot instead of their dilemma about which pair of shoes to stomp down the sidewalk with.

Also has anybody else noticed the lack of struggle characters go through when putting on skinny jeans?

Maybe they just have perfect legs or you do too, but I tend to take forever to yank them up.

Peace out.
