Does anybody ever just crack up at giant plot holes?

I love stories people create, don't get me wrong. They are all an amazing read.

But I was reading a book where the main character got into a big accident and her parents died and all of that jazz.

Then about nine fucking years later, she learns she has no heartbeat.

I'm just sitting there trying not to choke on my laughter.

So you're saying that she hasn't noticed that for nine years?

I'm pretty sure you didn't write the story with her having a mental handicap.

What happened to doctor visits and all of that stuff?
